Everything was as described and had a great weekend.
For me, it really comes down to the following for an Airbnb: Clean, good communication from owner, easy check in/out, decent beds, well-stocked kitchen, fans that don't squeak, plenty of towels, 2-ply toilet paper, and no surprises, and this place ticked all the boxes. Plus it had a pool table, arcade machine and like a million TVs each with a Roku.
This is also a good spot for access to hiking/biking trails if that's your fancy.

My husband and I and our grown children and one grandson enjoyed out stay. We all enjoyed the walking trails and the community park. This vacation rental had easy access to downtown but was located in a very private peaceful neighborhood.

Great place! Looks just like the pictures. Not too far from Bearizona. Games were lots of fun! Very accommodating! Some minor inconveniences, but overall great place to stay!

Great place and location!

Beautiful home! Very cozy and spacious at the same time. Lots of extras, like the pool table, board games, and arcade games. This house was perfect for our group, and the host was very responsive. We would stay again! The only thing to note is the driveway is steeper than expected but it was not a problem. There is street parking as well if you don’t feel comfortable with the driveway.

This was a great place to stay in northern AZ! 1.5 hours from the Grand Canyon and 40 minutes from Sedona. Plus walking trails just around the neighborhood!
