The Cozy Hilltop Retreat is exactly that- a very cute, stylish, and cozy place to stay just south of Flagstaff. We appreciated that it looked exactly like it did in the pictures. This is a very convenient location about 13 minutes from town and there is a gas station right at the exit you take to get to the cottage. We had a very minor issue upon arrival and it was addressed right away. Very pleased with this rental and the responsiveness of the host!

Cute place in a great location!

Home away from home! The cozy place was perfect for our little family of four. Kathryn was very thoughtful. Traveling with a seven year old and a 10 month baby was not easy. Kathryn provided things that we had forgot to pack. This trip was very enjoyable & memorable for us. The stay definitely played a huge factor in it!

Kathryn's home was cozy and comfortable, yet it felt spacious. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. It was wonderfully clean and the hilltop setting among the pine trees was beautiful. We would love to return.

Our stay was nothing short of dreamy. It snowed sporadically while we were there and it was a small taste of a winter wonderland. I came to see the Grand Canyon for the first time with my best friend, and this was easily the BEST Airbnb experience I’ve ever had… so many thoughtful details, cozy, great location, and an overall serene stay. If I ever find myself in Flagstaff again, this will be my first choice!
