Beautiful home nestled in the most adorable neighborhood! This home is just a few minutes away from all the popular downtown events and restaurants, while still providing a great escape from staying right in the middle of the night life. The backyard fire pit and hot tub are perfect for enjoying the beautiful flagstaff weather. There are big pine trees all around and it really feels like a retreat! Kathryn is a fabulous host who is very responsive to any questions before or during the stay. We would love to stay here again in the future!

This is a great house! We stayed here as a bridal party for a wedding in town and it was perfect for everything we needed. All the amenities you can think of and super clean to boot!

The management of the property was great. Good communication and clear instructions/expectations. The home is beautiful.
For those seeking a woodsy feel while staying in Flagstaff, you may be disappointed. The house is modern —which was expected— in a brand new master-planned community. It just felt like staying in a regular home, not a cabin in the woods. There’s nothing wrong with that, just be sure to expect it.
Bring your ear plugs if you’re expecting quiet. The trains come through every 15-20 minutes nearly 24-hours a day. The tracks are a few hundred yards from the back of the house. The instructions say to close the windows to avoid noise, but part of the reason we chose Flagstaff was getting fresh air.
Of course we could go outside to the backyard, but there’s no privacy. The house is built up and fences are low. The neighbors frequently watched from their backyards or peeked down from the plethora of two-story homes on us sitting outside.
All in all, great home, just not the retreat we wanted from a weekend in the woods for this price.
