This home is in a wonderful location central to all the delightful experiences that Sedona has to offer. It is beautifully decorated. The outside living space with hot tub overlooking the red rocks was a highlight of our stay.

The house was awesome really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings after hiking all day. Location is very close to everything, ghe beds were very comfortable and the house had all the essentials you need including ice packs for your cooler, excellent views this place was great you will not be sorry if you book it!

Beautiful home. Great location! Close to everything but still felt private. Loved waking up each morning to that awesome view of the mountains! Hot tub was a great treat after a day of hiking and the stars were amazing! Would highly recommend

House is beautiful & comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Two lovely areas outside for eating and/or relaxing. Had two minor issues, but management responded immediately. Perfect location.
N.B. Room with two queens: bunk beds, not side-by-side. No nightstands in that room, so no lamps. It takes a long time for the hot water to come on in bathrooms (both the sink & the shower.)

I’d give it more than five stars. House was l minimally but beautifully decorated. The kitchen utensils, cutlery, cookware, linens, etc were all better quality than any other house rental we have experienced. I also like there were extra plush new towels pillows and blankets available. The beds and furniture were comfortable clean and seemingly brand new. The best part of the house is the view from the living room/back patio. Truly stunning! Perfect spot for happy hour, reading or hot tubbing. The only downside I can think are would be nice for one more bathroom but we didn’t expect it as the description was accurate.

Fantastic house in the perfect location. Tucked away for quiet evenings but close to everything. Very comfy beds. House was immaculate.
