Great house, extremely clean! Very nice neighborhood with hiking trails just around the corner. Minutes from downtown Flagstaff. Nicely located for NAU. Sleeps 5-6 comfortably. Very well equipped with anything one would need. For light sleepers I would recommend earplugs as the train tracks are relatively close and the trains are frequent. We stayed the Thanksgiving week, the weather was seasonably cool, the adult kids enjoyed the hot tub. Also really nice that we could bring the dog! Will most likely book again. Inge

Beautiful home nestled in the most adorable neighborhood! This home is just a few minutes away from all the popular downtown events and restaurants, while still providing a great escape from staying right in the middle of the night life. The backyard fire pit and hot tub are perfect for enjoying the beautiful flagstaff weather. There are big pine trees all around and it really feels like a retreat! Kathryn is a fabulous host who is very responsive to any questions before or during the stay. We would love to stay here again in the future!
