Kathryn's house was a perfect fit for our annual Christmas trip! Easily fit 4 adults and 4 kids. Quick access to Williams and downtown Flagstaff. The hot tub was a kid favorite!

Great house, extremely clean! Very nice neighborhood with hiking trails just around the corner. Minutes from downtown Flagstaff. Nicely located for NAU. Sleeps 5-6 comfortably. Very well equipped with anything one would need. For light sleepers I would recommend earplugs as the train tracks are relatively close and the trains are frequent. We stayed the Thanksgiving week, the weather was seasonably cool, the adult kids enjoyed the hot tub. Also really nice that we could bring the dog! Will most likely book again. Inge
