We all had a very good time , we stayed there with family friends and kids and it felt like home, everything was nice and labeled made it easy to find everything. I can honesty say we had a very good experience and the adults and the kids had fun and enjoyed the stay. Thank you Kathryn.

I totally recommend this place. If you like the place by the photos, you will love it when you arrived because is much better than the photos. The place is very clean and cozy.

Cute spot! The hot tub was a must after we wore ourselves out sledding in the yard - couldn't think of a better way to warm up. Pretty views, especially because everything was dusted with snow. Quiet, clean, plenty of room. Hopefully we can make it back to give the karaoke machine a whirl :)

The house is more beautiful than the pictures. We were 3 families and we had plenty of space to have fun, cook, watch movies. I would definitely stay in this house again

This location was perfect for our family reunion vacation! It fit 4 families with young kids plus the grandparents very well in the 5 bedrooms. There was a bin of toys that was an exciting surprise in one of the bedrooms and kept the young ones entertained. The hot tub worked great and we enjoyed having a fire in the fire pit in the yard. Beautiful setting. Quick drive to downtown Flagstaff. And the kiddos loved the Polar Express Experience in town too (what brought us up here). We will be back!

This is a great spot for families. Lots of space for everyone and a huge backyard for kids! The home is beautiful inside and out!
