Great place!

Great place and the perfect size for two people. Plus it is pet friendly and perfect for a mini dachshund. The condo association even has dog bags in the pet area. Back deck was perfect for the two of use to enjoy a glass of wine and the cool Flagstaff evenings.

Stay was just what I was hoping. Great place!

Kathryn is a great property manager. Her communication is top notch. Pretty much everything you need to know about the rental is covered in her communications prior to check-in. If you do have a question, she replies very promptly.
The condo is a nice one bedroom with a full bath adjoining the bedroom. There is a nice deck off the back that is pretty private considering that you are on a block of condos. The kitchen is well apointed, with lots of dishes and silverware so that you can go a few meals without having to run the dishwasher. There is a stacking washer and dryer adjoining the kitchen, which would probanly come in handy if it's raining or snowing. There are televisions in both the living area and bedroom, both of which have over the air antennas. The location is probably less than a mile from I-40 and Country Club intersection, so it seemed like anything in Flagstaff was only minutes away. We had a nice stay, and i would stay there again if visiting Flag.
