Nice big beds. nice sized back porch. pretty little 3 bedroom. just a heads up, if you are a person that needs to have cell phone service and internet connection, this may not work for you. But, if you are wanting to escape from technology it is definitely great.

Exceptional

My family and I had a great stay here, a nice get away from the Phoenix heat. The house was clean and we enjoyed hanging out on the back deck. The backyard could use a little work with sharp and rusted junk laying around and you have to be very careful with kids playing out there. The management company was great, helpful and quick to reply.

Cozy place! Close to Flagstaff and Williams!

The Ponderosa was just what we needed to get away from the Phoenix heat and it was nice to disconnect from technology. The house is very nicely decorated with a cowboy western style. We were missing some basic cleaning supplies like a broom, a dish washing sponge etc but other than that we had everything we needed.

Great place for kids!
