Spent 4 days here with our immediate family and 2 friends. Convenient location to grocery stores, restaurants, hiking, highway, etc. Centralized spot for Grand Canyon further north and Sedona hiking areas. Exactly as described. Very nice home. Very comfortable for 7 people. Nice that there was a small office room as one person with us had to work each morning. Great fenced yard for the dogs. Fireplace a bonus when cold! Nice neighborhood. Great experience and lots of good memories!

Kathryn's place is as expected and accurate to the pictures. The location is great, only minutes from town. It is kid and pet friendly, and I had an amazing time with my family here. Check in and check out was easy. Games were available for the whole family to enjoy, such as cornhole, board games, and Xbox One. Nice getaway location.

Clean & better than the pictures! Our kids loved the loft and my husband and I enjoyed the master suite. The bathtub and window bench were the perfect places to watch the snowstorm. We also had a socially-distanced Valentine's date night by ordering in, mixing drinks, and playing pool. Great access to trails and park. We wish we stayed longer! Also, neighbors or HOA were helpful by clearing snow, even from the driveway, so we weren't snowed in when we had to leave, unfortunately.
