Clean, nice space with everything adults need and want, plus fun things and games for the kids too.😁

We had a great experience staying here. The house was clean and cozy, beds were comfortable, plenty of room for everyone. Kids had there own space upstairs. We has everything we needed in the house. The fire pit was a great bonus for the nights. Location was great and we will definitely stay here again.

We went to Flagstaff to see the fall colors. We were too early, but the Ponderosa Trails made up for it. It was perfectly located, had a separate area for working and for our grandchild to play. It was perfectly clean and very well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great stay and highly recommended! Easy check-in, pretty much everything we needed, convenient location and a fantastic neighborhood! There is a lot of space and it was a great place to relax with the family for a few days. We would definitely stay again!
