House very comfortable and all that was presented in listings. Very well situated in beautiful and convenient setting. Bedrooms very comfortable. View and access to hiking trails perfect!

This is a million dollar view! The pictures are accurate and the house is beautiful, clean and amazing. We stayed here with a group for our wedding and it was exactly what we needed! We had a small issue and it was resolved right away! Thank you for the perfect experience!

We stayed at the Sugarloaf House for my wife’s bday with a few other couples. Everyone had their own rooms and we were all very comfortable. The master bedroom is truly exquisite! There’s a large living room perfect for game night and theirs also a pool room downstairs too. We ate out at the restaurants all about 5 minutes down the street and also cooked at the house a few times. The kitchen had everything needed. The backyard is the best part of the stay here. It opens right up to the wilderness and Sugarloaf trailhead. It was an awesome we actually had a pack of 10 javelinas walk right through the backyard which was pretty cool. The 4-person jacuzzi looks right out at the Red Rocks featured in the photos. Our stay was worth every dollar and I’d definitely want to stay here again next time we visit Sedona.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Sugarloaf House! The house was clean and chic, and yet comfortable for our family of adult kids. The views off the deck were amazing… we didn’t have to go anywhere to enjoy the Sedona Mts, but we did love walking out the back door to the hiking trails. All was as pictured and listed. This home and neighborhood was perfect for us! There were just four of us and we knew that the home offered more space than we needed, but the location was exactly what we wanted. For groups larger than two couples, you will find plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood is quiet and the stars were beautiful, and the magnificent red rock formations are right in your back yard. It’s even a joy to wash dishes when you have that great view from the kitchen sink!! The only thing that could make this home more perfect would be additional en-suite bathrooms for a couple of the bedrooms. We had a wonderful time and will absolutely return to this home again!

The place is stunning, you’ll want for nothing. We did have an issue with the wifi password that didn’t get solved in the timeliest manner (was there for worked so really, really needed the wifi) but it got sorted in the end. Other than that, response was timely on all requests. Would recommend!
