Loved staying at this beautiful space. So comfortable. The decor was perfect. The location was close to everything we wanted to do in Flagstaff. Cannot recommend this place enough.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our Flagstaff visit. It housed three couples very comfortably and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing weekend. The fire pit in the back patio was a delightful surprise, as it was not mentioned in the listing. The hosts were extremely welcoming and very communicative, and the location could not have been better. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Kathryn’s house. Great location right near town and close to running/walking trails. We will definitely think of staying here again on our next trip to Flagstaff.

This AIRBNB was BEAUTIFUL, especially with the woods in the backyard! There was so much space! Loved it!!

This place was perfect for our visit to Flagstaff and I would be happy to stay here again! We were 3 couples in total and our baby and we had plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was updated and spotless. I wish we had more time to enjoy the beautiful back yard. Be aware that you will likely want a car available as most restaurant shopping is about 10 mins away, but it was really simple to get around. Loved it!

My husband, 2 daughters, parents and I traveled from California for a family reunion in Flagstaff. We booked Kathryn's place the day we arrived (Friday) and stayed 3 nights. She was quick to respond (booked around 5PM) and the check in process was super easy (check in around 9PM). I've never booked and checked in on the same day and Kathryn made the process easy.
The house is in perfect condition-SUPER clean and SUPER comfortable. We kept saying "OMG" and "WOW" when we first arrived exploring the home. This was our first "Plus" home and it was the best experience. I would highly highly recommend this home. My husband and I have stayed in over 25 AirBnBs and this home by far has been our favorite!!
