Great house for staying in Flagstaff. Our family of 6 was very comfortable. Beds were great, showers were large and clean and the hot tub was awesome at night.
We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Kathryn's AirBnB! It's convenient to everything, but still feels remote enough that you're fully immersed in nature. We love the outdoor fire pit and hot tub, especially at night when you can see that stars. It's very clean and perfect for a weekend getaway.

This was the second time we stayed at this home. It is the perfect place for our family. It is close to NAU and all the things Flagstaff has to offer. The hot tub is definitely a great way to end the day. We had everything we needed during our stay. We highly recommend this house.

Everything was great and as expected. The train was very faint and we could hardly hear it, didn’t hinder our stay here.
Great location, convenient for everything we did during our stay.

This is a fabulous home, in a safe and lovely neighborhood. The beds & sheets were really comfortable, the home was spotlessly clean, the decor was welcoming, and it was wonderful to have use of the jacuzzi and trails right nearby. You are *really* close to the train tracks, and trains do come through all day/night long - however, the windows and insulation do a fabulous job of blocking out the noise and it didn't bother us at all. I would suggest that you bring along some games (there was a jenga and some other game available) and make sure you remember your Netflix/hulu/etc passwords, lol! The kitchen had every appliance you could want but you do need to bring your own basic cooking supplies for the kitchen (ie - salt & pepper, etc, there was a hodge podge of items in the pantry). It was an added bonus to be able to park in the garage, as we had a TON of snow while we were there.
