great location for the flagstaff/williams/grand canyon area. This is a unique property with an odd floor plan. If you don't like stairs skip this rental and be prepared to wake up to a very cold house. The home is heated by the fire place and it does not really work. Katherine is super nice and responsive and the tree house is a hit with the kids.

The location of this property is gorgeous. Expansive views of public lands and the very rural setting make for a wonderful place to stay. The silence was like nothing I have experienced since I was in Yakutat Alaska. We had a full moon so the stars were less visible but I can see how the night sky would be incredible if it had been a different phase of the moon. I will definitely be coming back!

Love the Parks area. This property is great. Comfortable, clean, plenty of room. The spiral staircase is a bit intimidating, but it’s a great way to work off those vacation treats! We had a small issue with the grill but a handyman was sent and the issue fixed. The best part...it wasn’t 110 degrees. 😊
