Lovely home nestled among the pines in a peaceful area. Wonderful place for large groups - plenty of counterspace, two living rooms, multiple balconies and patios, and four bathrooms made our stay convenient and enjoyable. Host included thoughtful touches and helpful notes for guests. One thing to note is that footsteps upstairs can be a bit noisy for downstairs guests. Otherwise, it's a great getaway spot and has everything you'll need!

Kathryn’s home was exactly as described and pictured. My family loved the location nestled in the woods and a short drive to downtown Flagstaff and an hour to Sedona. We had plenty of space! The kitchen was fully stocked and we utilized the hot tub and bbq. It was so relaxing to sit on the patio and watch the birds and squirrels with a cup of coffee in the morning. We’d definitely stay here again!

Very spacious and clean. Check in was smooth - great communication from Kathryn. The outdoor space is comfortable and we loved sitting on the deck in the evening !
We will definitely book at this location again. Very family friendly as well as a couples weekend getaway.

Rare find- 4 baths (all with showers)! Everyone felt they had space when needed there’s several spaces to hang out or spend some time outside. This home basically has 2 living rooms and 3 patios/decks. Great/easy location off the 17 but far enough away to enjoy sitting quietly outside. Far exceeded our expectations

Exactly what we were looking for, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We loved waking up in the morning and going on the patio to read, and watching the squirrels jump from tree to tree while listening to the many birds sing their songs.

The place was wonderful! We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make the stay enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. Highly recommend and we would stay again.
