Great property, quiet area. Location was convenient for many destinations. It was great that items were left from previous guest, and not thrown out. Simple things like soaps, bags, ziplocs, cooking oil, laundry detergent. Really had a great time!

The property was in a perfect location for our excursions. The view from the front porch was beautiful and the surrounding area was peaceful and quite. The cabin was very comfortable for 3 couples. It has all of the amenities to meet any need. The snack basket was an added bonus. The town of Williams offers many quaint restuarants, but or favorite was Pine Country. The breakfast is to die for!!! We loved our stay and recommend this property as a 5 Star location.

The only concern was the small dishwasher. This location was perfect for all the things that we did.

The cabin had everything anyone could need. The view was so beautiful. We saw elk on the way home one night and the star show every night was unbelievable. If anyone wants a peaceful place close to Williams to stay--this is it. Kathryn was wonderful to deal with and took care of a minor issue we had immediately. Just a great experience.

We stayed here from Aug 4-7, 2018. We loved the porch swing and outdoor table to enjoy the beautiful view and the stars at night. The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable! Three of the four bedrooms each had their own private bathroom allowing everyone to have their own space and privacy. (Which is very helpful when you are traveling with kids!) We went to the Grand Canyon 2x a day for the sunrises and sunsets.....it is about a 45 minute trip on a straight highway ....very easy trip. Kathryn Duncan was very flexible and accommodating with our request to stay an additional night! Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend for large families! Thank you for making our vacation so comfortable, memorable and fun! Hope we can come back sometime in the future!!

Wonderful home in the trees in much cooler Williams. Great amenities, huge rooms, comfortable beds, great showers and the kitchen is well stocked. Great outdoor patio in the shade with BBQ - played corn hole and loved every minute of it. Less than an hour from the Grand Canyon and wonderful area to walk. Our dogs loved the cooler mornings on the patio as did we! Thank you!
