Great house in a great location. Host was excellent to work with. Perfect spot to spend a few days. Very accommodating for my dog, and the kids loved the hot tub.

Really great brand new neighborhood that seemed very family friendly. Close to train tracks but not a bother; no sleep disruption at all!
Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Pantry had a few basics and spices to help out at mealtime. Plenty of K-cups and a keurig but also a small coffee pot and grounds in the cabinet.
Backyard was the highlight for us- the lights, hot tub, fire put all created a memorable stay. Also, the trail system right behind the house was amazing- very safe, well kept trails for bikes, kids, pets, and a fun time watching trains. Short drive to all the downtown spots.
Our group (4 adults and 5 young kids) would definitely stay here again!!

I traveled to Flagstaff for a softball tournament and stayed in the house with a few teammates(adults). They house worked great for that purpose. The backyard was nice. Garage parking was available. The location was close enough to everywhere we had to go. The house had everything we needed and everything was in nice/working condition(hot tub, grill, etc) with plenty of propane tanks to enjoy all the amenities. The host was very quick to respond to questions and accommodating to an early check in. I would recommend the place to others and I would stay there again. The only negative was there were train tracks pretty close to the house and there was a lot of train activity on it. I personally didn't mind the noise, but some mentioned it a few times. For me it was just part of experiencing the local flavor, but figured I'd mention it.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is perfect for a family with young kids. The back yard is very kid friendly and close to beautiful walking trails. Kathryn was wonderful at getting back to us in a timely manner if we had any questions. The only thing I would say is that the water pressure/ amount of water in the shower is very low. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we would stay again!

We loved this property. We came here for our son’s graduation from NAU. It was very clean. We had absolutely everything we needed. The yard is lovely, the hot tub was great. We were able to do day trips to Sedona, Williams, and the Grand Canyon. The one story layout was perfect for our family! I definitely recommend this property! : D
