Great getaway.

The Tree House was a wonderful home for our 3 night getaway over fall break! The house is so comfortable, we loved having 2 family room areas to spread out! The decks are amazing! The upper deck with the bird feeders was so peaceful, looking out among the trees and watching/listening to the birds in the morning was awesome! The lower deck with the hammock was wonderful and relaxing, and the large deck with the jacuzzi was perfect for the 4 of us to hang out! The kitchen was so well stocked, better than any Air BnBs we’ve stayed in, and a great open layout with plenty of island seating as well as the large dining table! An extra perk was the fuzball/mini pool table in the garage, the kids and adults had a lot of fun with that! And the weight bench in the garage was great for those of us that exercise on our vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and serene, so pretty with all the trees, and it was far enough from downtown to have privacy and quiet, but only about a 17 minute drive to get downtown. We will definitely stay here again!!

It was such a great stay! We loved how spread out it was, all the upgrades, the thoughtful touches did not go unnoticed, and VERY clean. It's great for large families or just a couple get away. This home had more amenities than we expected... you really don't need to bring anything with you. They have two master sweets... and the hot tub is huge! Great place. We'll be back next time we travel to flagstaff

Fantastic place with a number of thoughtful touches that made our stay perfect!

Lovely home nestled among the pines in a peaceful area. Wonderful place for large groups - plenty of counterspace, two living rooms, multiple balconies and patios, and four bathrooms made our stay convenient and enjoyable. Host included thoughtful touches and helpful notes for guests. One thing to note is that footsteps upstairs can be a bit noisy for downstairs guests. Otherwise, it's a great getaway spot and has everything you'll need!

Kathryn’s home was exactly as described and pictured. My family loved the location nestled in the woods and a short drive to downtown Flagstaff and an hour to Sedona. We had plenty of space! The kitchen was fully stocked and we utilized the hot tub and bbq. It was so relaxing to sit on the patio and watch the birds and squirrels with a cup of coffee in the morning. We’d definitely stay here again!
