It is an amazing house for kids! My nine year old daughter and nieces and nephews really loved and enjoyed the game room. The house was very clean and spacious. When I had a question about anything, the hosts responds very quickly. I recommend this for a family trip with kids :)

The house was AMAZING. My family and I have canceled all the trips we had this year due to Covid. So we decided to keep it "local" and rent a place for my 36th birthday and have everyone get out of their houses without really traveling. The house had plenty of space, more than enough beds and bathrooms, it didn't make us feel cramped. The backyard is an awesome retreat. The only issue we had was figuring out the cable on the tv but we just watched Netflix the whole time which no one complained about. HAHA. They also decorated the house inside for Christmas which I was totally pumped about, it was cozy and festive. The hot tube was amazing in the evening while it was below 20 degrees out. The house had everything you could possibly need to stay there, we were even able to get groceries and food delivered with no problems. Overall, it made for a memorable birthday and the best trip we could've asked for in 2020. The only thing that would've made it better would have been snow!

This house is perfect for groups! Everyone had plenty of space. It was a perfect fit for us. The house was immaculate from the game room to the backyard. The location was fantastic. We were able to get to breweries and other activities quickly but you really never had to leave the house. The host was extremely responsive for any needs that we had. I would highly recommend this rental. Our group made amazing memories here! Thanks for the incredible hospitality!

Amazing upgrades recently done. The backyard and game room is perfect for the whole family to relax and enjoy. The kitchen and living room provide the perfect setup for BBQs and movie watching. Plenty of space and locations to sit back, relax, and enjoy the Flagstaff mountain air. We will be back one day!
