Second time staying here. Very clean, cozy and beautifully decorated.

The location was great. The house was clean.

Kathryn’s place was perfect. Very clean and exactly as photos shown. The master bed was so comfortable. Great backyard and in a good neighborhood. We stayed here while moving my daughter out of her dorm and into storage for the summer. Close enough to campus, but far enough away to relax from the campus life. We would stay here again.

Just as pictured! This home has everything you need and is beautifully decorated. The kids LOVED the game room. I would love to go back.

This house was perfect for our trip to Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon and Sedona. Sedona was a short drive away, the home was super close to the Flagstaff airport which was unexpected but nice!! House was clean, beautifully decorated and plenty of space. We stayed with another family here and we all spent most of our time in the game room. The boys especially loved this. Kitchen was roomy and had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this location just south of town, east access and quiet neighborhood. The house is beautiful and spacious with lots of entertainment options.
Heads up: the driveway is extremely steep, there is access to the garage which we used so we could park flat. Would not be the most accessible home for those with cane or walker unless you park in the garage (there are stairs at this entry too though)
Easy check in and check out. Would absolutely stay again.
