We love the house and the kids love the tree house. It's a peaceful in the remote location. The only trouble is the hot water pressure and there is not enough hot water pressure in the upstair showers. Otherwise we have a great time staying at the house.

Excellent property for children I would say 4 yrs and up . Lots of toys and games. Plan on meals in 20 minute plus to flagstaff but Williams only 15 min drive. Everyone enjoyed Bearizona.
