Have you ever watched an HGTV show about some beautiful renovated place decked out with every amenity imaginable? This is one of those places! You could tell that this place had recently been completely renovated with high end appliances, new furniture, very comfortable beds, and more room that we could have comfortably slept more than the 6 we had. The separate guest house with kitchenette, bathroom, king bed and TV is perfect if you would want to stay with in-laws, outlaws, or in our case a teenager needing some space from the rest of the family!
By far our favorite aspect of this property is the well appointed backyard covered patio (with comfortable furniture, ceiling fan, and large TV) and refreshing pool with hot tub. Despite the 115 degree weather we actually spent quite a bit of time relaxing in the pool and lounge chairs.
The host would be considered a super host in my book; highly responsive and communicative to any questions we had during our visit. We’ll be back!

Our stat at Porter's house was perfect! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The kids took full advantage of the arcade room and the pool! We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if ever we visit Phoenix.

Great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect amount of space for our girls trip!

4 of us stayed here for a short work trip and it was perfect. Incredibly comfortable and clean and the pool was such a nice treat to beat the July heat. We regretted not having more time to enjoy the house!
