The views couldn't have been better, and having easy access (literally just outside the back door) to amazing hiking trails was incredible -- made it so easy to get out on hikes with the best views in the world.
The house was also great for our family - very convenient, and rooms were comfortable. The house was also quite clean.
Only a couple of downsides:
-We had ordered a pack n play and high chair from Porter, and the high chair wasn't there so we had to rent one another way.
-The coffee machine didn't work (it needed to be descaled, but we didn't have vinegar to do that deep cleaning).
-There were a couple of things that were broken and unsafe for our baby. There was an outlet covering that was not affixed to the wall in one of the basement bedrooms. My one year old bumped into it and it fell off with screws sticking out on the back.

This was exactly what we wanted and needed. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home in a beautiful and quiet location. Very clean. Bed and bedroom layout was perfect for a larger family. Beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. Easy access to hiking trails. Great stay!

Perfect in all the obvious ways but more important for our family was that the space not only allowed for but encouraged us to relax (and unplug!).
Sounds simple, but not many places and things can claim that this day in age.

Pleasantly surprised at how big the house lived. The master bedroom is a wing in itself - HUGE. Fantastic views from the deck. Loved having extra blankets and pillows in the closets. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this house and property to stay at. Made a quick trip from Phoenix for a weekend getaway. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and playing pool.
