We loved the place, beautiful views, really clean and all the necessary essentials were available to us. Overall 10 out 10 place.

My partner and I were on a last minute hunt for a vacation rental so we could extend our stay in Sedona for our anniversary. While the house was technically too much for us to enjoy the whole thing, we would 100% return with a slightly larger group -- kids or adults! Any of the rooms would have been a delight to stay in. The space was warm, inviting, immaculately clean, the kitchen was well outfitted, and the views from the side patio were fantastic. We would recommend this spot to any of our close friends or family.

We were very pleased with our recent stay 945 Brewer Road. The house was beautiful and cleaned nicely. No issues there. The view was stunning and the house was set in very peaceful surroundings. We loved staying there. We were pleased that there were plenty of bath towels and the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body wash to use. The kitchen had pletny of plates, bowls and eating utencils but very little to cook with. Luckily this was a trip where we did not really plan to eat in due to the limited time we had there but if one were planning to cook, I would like a little more available to cook with for functionality. It was a pretty kitchen it just seems staged to just "look" good. All in all I am not complaining we had no issues for what we needed for this stay but food for thought to stock the kitchen a little more. Having said all that, we would definitely return to this property in a heartbeat. We absolutely adored Sedona and had a wonderful time! Thank you Porter.

Will definitely rent this house again. Beautiful views in a very quiet neighborhood. Fabulous location and easy to get to anywhere in town.
