Perfect location to explore both Flagstaff, Williams, and the Grand Canyon. Place was very cozy.

Great place between Williams and Flagstaff to have a vacation. Very supportive agent when renting this rental. Would recommend this rental to a group looking for a place to stay without being in Flagstaff or Williams.

This was a beautiful stay that my family and I enjoyed, lots of wildlife just in your backyard. Would love to book again in the future!

Exactly what we expected and so impressed with how charming, cozy, comfortable and clean the location was! Very spacious for the 7 people in my party. Gorgeous views off the back deck and perfect location between Flagstaff and Williams. It got a little warm, but with fans and opening the windows in the evening it got to comfortable temperatures (mid June). Very very happy with our stay and can’t wait to come back again!!

We really enjoyed the Ponderosa! Was everything we expected.
