We loved this property! Very homey, comfortable, well stocked. Matt was a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions before we got there which was so helpful. The house is 10 minutes from downtown Williams, a cute city with restaurants, shopping, and the Safeway grocery store . For authentic Mexican food, go to El Corral. The Grand Canyon is 45 minutes away, an easy straight shot. We went 4 days in a row and had such fun. Once in awhile, there were backups coming or going, but otherwise November was a wonderful time to visit. There is no WiFi at the house, which normally would be fine, but we had 3 college children having to take online exams. Our MiFi wouldn’t work either, so they went to the McDonalds to use their WiFi. We used the grill almost every night, which could use a good cleaning. But overall everything was fantastic.

We had a great time at the cabin, and enjoyed Williams, AZ. It was a great location to use as our central hub for our Grand Canyon trip. Also super close to Bearizona and downtown williams. We would definitely stay here again. It was very quiet and the view of the sky at night was amazing.

This was a super easy place to rent...checkin was simple. We enjoyed having to travel a short distance on a dirt road to get to the house. The kitchen had everything we needed and with the current pandemic we decided to eat all of our meals at the home. Our family would stay here again :)

The property was fine, but one of the rooms called a bedroom really isn’t. What was really hard was NO air conditioning! I do not know area and relied that it wasn’t necessary it stays cool! Well not! It was down right miserable and would finally cool down after midnight and was cool in the morning. But when a house that is two story’s heats up to 87 it is hot. Not enough fans to move air. A great cabin in fall and winter. The town of Williams was great! But really only 3 bedrooms and no air conditioning!

The cabin wasgreat. The 3 main bedrooms were perfect. The view from the front porch was really nice. Everything in the listing was exactly as advertised. It would be nice to have WiFi or internet of some kind but the phone signal if you have AT&T was good enough.

This cabin was clean, had everything we needed, close/short drive to Grand Canyon and downtown Williams. The bedrooms are nice and the view is amazing. No AC in the house but we didnt need it, even in mid July, it was still comfortable. Great memories were made, I would recommend this to any family for a getaway.
