The house was great. It had everything we needed; extra blankets, towels, everything you would possibly need for cooking. The trails are located right behind the home which made for great morning walks. The train by the trails did not bother us, it made very minimal noise. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The fire pit in the backyard was great for making smores and the Jacuzzi was large enough for our whole family. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

This home is located in a beautiful, quiet, family neighborhood and is as comfortable and nice as it appears. The beds were extra comfy, the hot tub and outdoor space is perfect and we just really enjoyed our stay overall.

Squeaky clean and everything was as described and photos showed. Large kitchen table was perfect for family dinner and games. Train tracks are nearby and train comes often but was not an issue for us at all. We enjoyed hearing it.

We adored this rental home! It was so clean and cozy! Loved the gas fireplace! Beds and sofa and chair were really comfy! Nice neighborhood too! Great layout with dining room, family room and kitchen all blended together The kitchen has loads of counter space and was perfect for preparing and serving family meals The rental agency was super helpful and responded nearly instantly to all our requests We will be back next year!

Came here for a girls trip. The property was clean, modern and comfortable. I would recommend for anyone visiting flagstaff.
