Super cute place in a great location. The beds were comfortable and we had a great time.

Great location, exactly as pictured. Walkable to downtown. Very quiet despite proximity to main road.

Good 2 bed 1 bath (+ futon couch), nicely decorated - not overly cluttered with something on every surface. Rooms were a good size; could use more hangers in closets. Kitchen was big, functional and had mostly everything we needed to cook meals (no coffee maker/press, only kerurig so bring your own k cups)
Feedback: not enough comfortable / useful seating in living room. There’s only a medium sized couch to relax on; other chairs were not comfortable. We had a total of 4 people and I mostly tried to lay down on the wood floor to spread out and get comfortable after a long day on the mountain. Could use an additional couch for entertaining + lounging. And lack of dedicated parking to load in and out of house was difficult if there were other cars on the street. It would be great if there was a dedicated spot in the back parking lot that led into the backyard/laundry room.
Location: walkable to downtown flag. We walked to shops and our favorite pizza spot.

This place is in a great location very near downtown Flagstaff. I was worried about street parking, but it wasn't a problem. We were there in the midst of a very cold weather pattern (7 degrees!), but the place was comfortable and warm. It's nice house that was great for three adults. The kitchen was great to have. If it wasn't so cold and snowy and icy we would have used the patio too. I would definitely stay here again.
