This is a awesome place . Perfect location. Very well stocked and updated . Everything was perfect . Beds where great , very clean thanks to the cleaning folks for a great job. Fireplace is really nice . Kitchen is well stocked . Definitely recommend this place . Above our expectations.
Just side note tho the garage is for smaller vehicles I drive a Ford Expidition I could not close garage door although I fit . Other vehicle was in drive at angle Dodge crewcab dually . We made it but it’s tight .

Kathryn’s home is absolutely perfect! The location is great! Close to downtown, maybe a 5 minute drive. Quiet, cozy & everything you need for a little getaway! The home is styled so nicely & up to date. All the beds were so comfortable & Kathryn made it so easy for us to feel like we were at home!

Our stay was perfect and I would highly recommend. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We were in town for a week for work and it was easily accessible to NAU. Communication with the host was fast and extremely helpful. The beds were comfortable and the little patio was perfect for morning coffee. You won’t go wrong booking this place!

The property description is correct.. furnishings perfect The inside space large, open area. There is a small backyard patio and parking is tight for two large vehicles. There were US postal boxes located directly across garage which made it difficult to drive in or out of home. Management company had great communication. Any questions or issues were handled expeditiously.

This house is tastefully furnished. It is also close to lots of interesting places we wanted to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
