We loved this beautiful house. The location was great for being able to hike or bike anytime without driving or parking. Views were spectacular. Pleasant walk into town.
It would be nice to have more seating in living room , and a shade umbrella and more seating and comfortable cushions on the deck.
Overall, a wonderful stay and we would come back again for another family reunion.

This house is amazing! The back patio leads directly to a hiking trail and its a short drive to downtown Sedona. The views out the windows are stunning. Whole house and stay was perfect.

We rented this place for a girls' getaway and it was worth every penny! The views are magnificent and the backyard leads to miles and miles of hiking trails. No need to drive to a trailhead and wait for parking! The house itself is spacious, our group of 8 adults were very comfortable and had plenty of space. Well-furnished and squeaky clean. The pool table and hot tub are nice amenities. I would rent again in a heartbeat.

The house was a great choice for our reunion. The views are amazing and the fact that there are hiking trails right in your backyard was the best perk of this house. Now, this is run by a corporate company which takes away any sort of warm fuzzies usually found in homeowner-run properties. They come off as very strict and rigid - there are extra contracts you need to sign outside of Air Bnb and odd warnings sent that seem unnecessary. But if you can get past that, it’s a great house! Our neighbor was awesome, the hot tub was fun, the master bedroom is gorgeous, if everything wasn’t covered in 6” of snow, I’m sure the deck would’ve been amazing as well. I also appreciate the easy check-out. Give it a go!

Wow. Absolutely beautiful setting. Red rocks views from virtually every window. The home was immaculate, nicely furnished and well-equipped. Hot tub came in handy as late February is pretty chilly in Sedona.
Can’t recommend highly enough!

One of the best we’ve ever stayed at, and we’ve stayed at many. SUPER clean, beautiful furnishings and the view is 100x better than photos. Hot tub was so wonderful, hot upon arrival too. Great hiking right from the backyard and many of the best trails and restaurants are just a few mins away by car. Can’t recommend this place enough!
