Guest responsible to take trash can to curb on Tues Night and Recycling to curb on Sunday night.
Parking on the street can be difficult after 0800 so secure a spot early. Parking not as bad as NYC but not as easy as you would think. Parking lot is good for "night" parking.
Bed in Bedroom one is not a Queen - It is a Full. Bed in 2nd Bedroom is a Twin.
Overall - good location.

This place is amazing! My wife and I stayed here for her birthday. The place was clean, well-decorated, and conveniently located (only a 10 min walk to downtown). Kathryn’s team was incredible responsive, professional, and accommodating. 10/10 experience! If you lock this place down, make sure you put in a reservation for Josephine’s for brunch/dinner!!

We had a great time at Kathryn's place. Our daughter immediately picked the bedroom she loved and wanted and we took the other. There were closets, but unfortunately, there were no dressers or shelves to put clothes in so we had to keep our suitcases out on the floor for we could have access to our clothes. They would have been helpful and we would have felt less nomadic had we been able to completely unpack for the time we were there.
The kitchen was in the back and we found ourselves spending more time there than in the front room playing games, snacking and enjoying being on vacation even though the front room was comfortable, spacious and had a large TV.
Parking was a bit strange as, while we were there, you couldn't park in front at night due to the snow plowing schedule (which no one told us) or in back during the day so we had to move our car two times a day.
All in all we would definitely stay there again as it was such a relaxing place with easy walking access to downtown!

Unbeatable location! The house was in a quiet neighborhood, but only a 5 minute walk to downtown Flagstaff. The house was spotless and charming! Highly recommend!
