Amazing! Perfect spot and fits so many people easily.

The view alone is worth the stay here! This place was great rooms were clean and cozy! The master is spacious and provides another great view. The pool table kept the men busy. The hottub was a nice relax to busy days as well. The host was very responsive as well. This is well worth your stay!

The location is amazing! It was great to be able to walk out the backyard and go on hikes.

We used this location for a multigenerational family vacation and it was the perfect spot! We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and easy hiking access everyday. We cooked meals in the well equipped kitchen (plenty of dishes, mugs and silverware for our large group, just lacking a garlic press) and enjoyed pool and ping pong in the evenings. The master suite was fantastic!
As mentioned in previous reviews, the bedrooms are quite light even with the blinds drawn so sleeping masks come in handy. There were no K cups for the Keurig so we just made drip coffee. The kitchen also has no oil or spices- so plan accordingly. We ran out of paper towels early on and there was no Kleenex. The noise ordinance and potential fines of $500 limited our use of the outdoor spaces after 9pm.
Despite these minor issues, we felt the house and outdoor areas were very well maintained and we would absolutely stay here again. Climbing to the summit of Sugarloaf Mountain was a highlight for 360 degree views!

We were a party of 8 adults and one toddler and the house suited all our needs perfectly! Serene setting, amazing red rock views. Could hike straight out of the backyard to several good trails. Loved the hot tub, perfect way to relax after a hike. Easy safe spaces for a toddler to explore. Ping pong and pool table were a hit. Close to Whole Foods and several restaurants. Great outdoor space and decks to enjoy the breeze, clear air and striking views. Would return in a heartbeat.
