Perfect house for our family vacation in Sedona. Beautiful red rock views and close proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, and some of Sedona's most famous landmarks. Would happily stay here again.

The home was comfortable for our stay. Not fancy but cozy and clean.

Kathryn’s Sedona house is lovely, comfortable, and has an amazing view of the mountains from all the large, front windows.
The master bedroom is large and beautiful and the morning sun comes in to light it up. It was so welcoming.
The kitchen was equipped nicely for our times we ate at home.
It was a great place to call home while we were in Sedona for four nights of our vacation.

Amazing house with gorgeous panoramic views over bell rock and south Sedona. The bedrooms were huge and very comfortable. Easy drive into Sedona and very close for amenities in Oak Creek, although we didn't bother going out for dinner when the views were so good from the house!

Our stay was great! Myself, my daughter, and my parents stayed and all stayed comfortably. If I would suggest anything it would be to upgrade the beds in the spare room and replace the carpet throughout with tile. The carpet was whitish carpet but was very black! Also for anyone staying in the future- the neighbor on the front entrance side is not very nice! He yelled at me for leaving the porch light on at night because it shines in his bedroom…well excuse me but my parents are handicapped and we were up there for my brothers wedding for 1 night and we’d be coming home in the dark so I left it on for my handicapped parents to see where they were going so they didn’t fall. I kindly suggested he get better window coverings for his room! Other than that the stay was great!
