Excellent property and location. First the location: - we live in town in Houston and wanted an entire house on the water for a quick escape; - Seabrook is an incredible little fishing village only 45 minutes from downtown. We took advantage of the fish markets (great for grilling), Kemah Boardwalk, and nature trails (very underrated but awesome for a morning run); - the house itself is directly on the water. We spent most of our time on the covered deck, listening to music and watching the sailboats on the bay. Next the property: - perfect for entertaining family and friends. Wide open downstairs family area and several outdoor covered decks for congregating. - house is clean, exactly as marketed, and a cool nautical theme. My inner redneck especially appreciated the stickers from prior visitors on the deck. Kind of a cool touch. Highly recommend and will stay there again. It ended up cheaper than multiple hotel rooms for our group. And the facilities were much nicer.

Such a beautiful home. The balconies are so relaxing with amazing views, and quiet neighbors. And it is just a few minutes from wonderful fish markets, restaurants, and the boardwalk.

One simple word!! Amazing!!! From the cleanliness, decor, style, comfort, amazing location, and breathtaking views!! This home has it all!! We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it by another day just to take in the beautiful sunrise from the two back decks to the sunset on the front deck. This is now our family’s new favorite Airbnb!!
