Stayed for a work retreat. Home was great and aloud for a relaxed and private environment. Neighborhood is very quiet and home is very well maintained. Common areas where perfect for workshop reviews and everyone had something to do in the evening and still had room to find there own space when needed.

Great house, well equipped, would rent again.

We'd stay here again! The pool, huge hot tub (with a deep end) and game room are definitely the big draw here. But you'll also love the west-facing views (amazing sunsets!), the privacy (you don't really see or hear any neighbors), the space (lots of bedrooms), the large kitchen (two huge fridges and two dishwashers) that opens to the pool and the proximity to Piestewa Peak for hiking..
Only room for improvement would be to stock some pantry basics (sugar, salt, oil...), pool toys and replace some of the tired outdoor furniture.

A beautiful, well-equipped home which is centrally located in the Valley. Great for a large family vacation.

Best place ever! Only complaint is we did not stay long enough. Backyard, parking, kitchen, extra amenities (soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc.), linens, towels, huge kitchen, game room and comfortable seating made everything wonderful. Lots of privacy for large groups. Great location. Easy check in and responsive host. Pool/spa area very comfortable and the extra bedroom in the casita was an added bonus. Very clean inside and out. We all just kept saying "this is the best house". Can't say enough great things about this house!!!

We rented The Happy Roadrunner to escape the Midwest winter in February for an extended weekend. We left snow and ice with 9 degree temps, and arrived to 75 and just beautiful. The house was magnificent. Plenty of space for 8 adults and one 7 year old. Watching my daughter go from the pool to the hot tub to a chair to dry and then into the game room all weekend was magnificent. There was always something to keep her entertained. The outdoor space if magical. Sunsets were among the most magnificent I have ever seen. Close to trails if you like hiking and we do. Did Piestwa peak twice over two days which was awesome! The space was great to congregate for dinners, but also to fan out for some quiet time too. Just a magnificent place and will definitely entertain coming back! Thank you to Sierra from Porter who was awesome to work with as well. Close to everything but very quiet neighborhood. Loved it!
