Great spot, quick drive to local restaurants and downtown. Had lots of fun driving and exploring all that flagstaff and northern Arizona has to offer. The stay was perfect for winding down after a long day of adventure and enjoying coffee out on the balcony with nice cool weather.

Our stay here was exactly what we needed, a quiet and clean place to rest between days full of activities. Porter was a great host. Communication was clear and timely, and they took care of incredibly minor issue super fast (an issue that I'm sure most people wouldn't even bother to say something about...they seemed to treat it like a priority). Can't ask for anything better than that. If needed, I'd definitely stay here again.

One of the best properties that we've stayed at right on the banks of Oak Creek! We felt like we were in the middle of a hardwood forest, except that we also enjoyed all the modern amenities. Yet, we were only about 3 blocks from the middle of Sedona. Both our unit and the grounds were updated and well maintained. We had our choice of 3 outdoor hot tubs, only one of which was warm enough for the evening spring temperatures. While not for kids, it was a very enjoyable location to spend our anniversary!
