Great place to stay, very close to the beach and quiet neighborhood!

This is a great location, very close to the beach and very clean. The bedroom and bathroom areas have us enough space to read out a little. Our family, including our dog, was very comfortable and it was easy walking distance to the beach and local attractions for my son who has Down Syndrome. The only thing I have a negative comment about is the fact that the garbage was overflowing and not picked up, therefore, we didn’t have a place to put ours. We also took care of several ants that were in the living room area near the sliding door. Overall, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved every minute.

First day was ok, the bed is a full size and futon (x2) is a twin ish chair that folds flat and a futon with a hard metal rail down the middle. The worst was the ants that I woke up to biting my face on the futon the second night. And they were in the bed in the bedroom. My daughter and her bff didn’t not enjoy that. They sent someone to spray but then later contacted me asking if I wanted some one to come spray? So they didn’t know someone had been to the property? That’s concerning as a female traveling alone with children. If it’s a couple that place is pretty good location wise and set up. Very walkable . Third night woke up to being bitten by ants again. Pretty miserable driving back four hours with itchy ant bites and no sleep . There was trash left over from someone else in the backyard. But you get to be close to the beach and bring your dog 🤷‍♀️
