We’ve stayed here a few times and it never disappoints! It had plenty of room for our family and is in a great location (walking distance to the Strand and the Sunflower Cafe).

Beautiful historic home located in an equally beautiful neighborhood! We stayed with family for Dickens on the Strand and found it perfectly located to walk to the Sunflower Cafe and the Strand (for those of us that enjoy a bit of walking). The home is exactly as pictured and had more than enough room for all of us. The yard was perfect for our little dog and the porch swings were a nice touch. We can’t wait to visit again!

The best surprise about our stay at the Shaw House? No surprises at all. Everything was exactly as described, and the home comfortably accommodated our group of 10. The upstairs back bedroom did get a bit warm during the day, but it cooled off nicely at night and was great for sleeping. We’d definitely stay here again!
