This home is beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. The hot tub is wonderful on a cold evening. Plenty of space for everyone! We loved it!

The location is great, it a quiet neighborhood with lots of wildlife wandering through, but just a short distance to downtown Flagstaff, I-40 entrance/exit is just a short distance. Safeway supermarket is 5 minutes drive. The house has everything I needed: nice kitchen with plenty of pots/pans/dishes/silverware/etc. Check what they have before you go to the supermarket because there are already some spices/seasonings, coffee, sugar, etc there. Basically you need to bring your suitcase and that’s it, they provide everything for you, including the biggest TV I’ve personally seen. The outside area is very nice, but I really only used the grill, it was a rainy few days while I was there. My brother liked it enough that he may rent it again for his family when his grandkids are a little only. Definitely recommend

Great location to get to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Downtown Flagstaff. Beautiful community, very quiet and surrounded by trees. The house was spacious and well layed out and comfortable. We had a great time....old friends from high school...The ONLY negative was the location of the hot tub..steep steps and shakey first couple of pavers. Would have been nicer to have a smaller one on the back patio. Would certainly recommend this home and would certainly stay again.
