The house and location were perfect. The host communicated with me every step of the way and even accommodated us when we arrived in town a bit early. The house was spacious, clean and plenty of amenities provided. We liked that the house offered additional amenities to provide the guest an enjoyable stay- pool table, ping pong table and a very nice swimming pool in a private backyard. We started each day sitting in the backyard patio on the comfortable furniture having our morning coffee.

The place is beautiful, great space , calming and relaxing. The appliances are upgraded, TV in all rooms. The community is nice and close to most stores.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! There really isn’t anything negative to say. There was a slight learning curve with operating the stove and grill but that comes with any new place. There were a total of 11 people that stayed. We were here for a week for the Arizona State graduation. Everyone was comfortable. There was a lot of space for people to relax and enjoy. The living room and kitchen are open and had plenty of seating. There was a pool table that provided plenty of entertainment. The backyard was comfortable and open with plenty of seating and a pool as well. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. There is a Fry’s and Safeway within 5 min of the home. The airport is within 30 min as was the commute to ASU. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within 10 min as well. Messaging the host was easy and they were very responsive and accommodating. Check in and check out was simple and stress free.

Great stay at Blackpalm. Amazing space to relax. Very surprised as how well stocked the unit is, possibly the best rental unit I have stayed with so well stocked kitchen. Will be back!!

So first of all I stay all over and I use this often this particular day place was hands down the best I have ever stayed in from top to bottom !! Extremely clean the beds are very nice towels and dishes just everything was like you would want or above I can’t recommend this enough if your even on the fence about renting this home just do it you won’t be let down !!! Check in was easy check out was easy 5star for sure thanks for everything!!!!!
