We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect with restaurants and shopping in close proximity!

The Black Palm was gorgeous for my group of 7! Everyone had enough space to not be directly on top of each other and I loved the entry to the home. The place was clean and had several things to keep busy if you do decide to stay inside. The home was about 20mins from most things we wanted to do but the commute was a straight shot most of the time!

Great trip to Scottsdale! The house was perfect for the whole family. Lots of space and the pool was amazing! The younger ones said best vacation ever and that says a lot!

The house and location were perfect. The host communicated with me every step of the way and even accommodated us when we arrived in town a bit early. The house was spacious, clean and plenty of amenities provided. We liked that the house offered additional amenities to provide the guest an enjoyable stay- pool table, ping pong table and a very nice swimming pool in a private backyard. We started each day sitting in the backyard patio on the comfortable furniture having our morning coffee.

The place is beautiful, great space , calming and relaxing. The appliances are upgraded, TV in all rooms. The community is nice and close to most stores.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! There really isn’t anything negative to say. There was a slight learning curve with operating the stove and grill but that comes with any new place. There were a total of 11 people that stayed. We were here for a week for the Arizona State graduation. Everyone was comfortable. There was a lot of space for people to relax and enjoy. The living room and kitchen are open and had plenty of seating. There was a pool table that provided plenty of entertainment. The backyard was comfortable and open with plenty of seating and a pool as well. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. There is a Fry’s and Safeway within 5 min of the home. The airport is within 30 min as was the commute to ASU. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within 10 min as well. Messaging the host was easy and they were very responsive and accommodating. Check in and check out was simple and stress free.
