This place is SO close to the water - great views and constant sound of the waves. Amazing! Place was well furnished, very comfortable and clean. Pool is a condo pool, not a resort-style but the public beach was the next property over, which we enjoyed along with other spots within walking distance. Times Market, food trucks & Papi’s cinnamon rolls, all within a short walk. A great location - perfect combo of being away from the chaos but close enough to reach out when desired. My Perfect Stay communicated very well before, during & after our stay - couldn’t have asked for more from them.

Absolutely loved this place. I even asked if in the future it went up for sale i would be interested! The only thing i would change is add some A /C. But other than that we loved our stay there. Thank you

Great location. There’s a ton of amenities nearby. The pool opens at 9am, which wasn’t ideal with kids. Overall, the place was great and the view as well.

The kitchen was fully equipped, we appreciated the containers to take our lunches to go, the coolers and ice packs were great too. They had beach gear and pool stuff for us to use. The laundry machines were great to have, we used them daily. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. The view from the suite was beautiful. The on site maintenance staff were very friendly and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Some of the residents didn’t seem to love having kids around too much though. That’s just the vibe we got from them.

Great location. Beautiful view right next to the ocean. The apartment was clean and well decorated. There were beach chairs, beach bag, snorkeling supplies in the closet. There is no air conditioning but we were fine traveling in October. Not sure if summer will be warmer. Bathroom and kitchen were well stocked

This was by far the best vacation we have had. The condo was extremely clean and just as pictured. The starter kit was great we didn’t have to purchase any essentials. By far the best unit we have had.

our stay was lovely! it was in a great location, close to so many beaches, restaurants, etc. the place itself was beautiful and had a lot of amenities. only cons were that the hosts were not very accommodating and the place wasn’t as clean as there was blonde hair everywhere (bed, towels, kitchen). overall it was an amazing place and experience and i would love to stay here again! thank you!

The condo is large, beautiful and has an amazing view of the ocean. Our family of 6 loved staying here. The pool was perfect for the kids and beach access is near the pool. It was also nice that its only a short walk to Captain Jack's to eat at. There is also a couple stores and places to eat across from the resort, which was nice. They have some pool toys, sand toys, chairs, cooler and life jackets in the closet.
Couple things to note:
-There is an additional $100 deposit when checking in, which I wasn't aware of.
-The resort has signs all over that show the fun activities they offer, but this condo is EXCLUDED from those. We signed up and when we arrived with my daughter to make flower leis, they wouldn't let her. We even offered to pay and they still wouldnt let her make one.
-To avoid bugs in your food, you need to place them in a sealed container/freezer bag. We lost some baked goods due to bugs getting into the container.
*I feel these things should be added to the listing

Had a great 4 night stay. Shuttle service to the beach was nice. Location was great. Was within 10 minutes of a number of the different dinner and snorkeling spots. Would go here again!

This condo really had everything we needed for our stay! The beach gear provided as well as the welcome package really helped us settle into Maui very quickly! The bed was super comfortable and, most importantly, the view is exactly as seen in the pictures, gorgeous!

We had a wonderful stay with My Perfect Stays — everything went smoothly from start to finish. The unit was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need, from beach chairs and umbrellas to a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely welcome gift.
Communication with the team was excellent. They checked in before and during our stay to make sure everything was going well, and their instructions were clear and easy to follow. Parking was very convenient, and the location was perfect — close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and a grocery store, yet peaceful enough to unwind after a full day of exploring.

This is a very cute studio, exactly as pictured. It was clean and well stocked. Incredible views all around, don't miss the turtle cove nearby.
It wasn't a deal breaker for us, but there is no dishwasher in this studio. The management team is responsive and prompt. Overall, would highly recommend.

For those who wake up with the slightest noise or struggle with insomnia, the bedroom air conditioner has a noisy moisture pump that comes on for a couple seconds every couple of hours. Then a loud girgling sound shortly after it shuts off. I didn't get good solid sleep during my 2 week stay there as a result. Any other non sensitive person would do fine with it as a normal mind can eventually ignore it. The bedroom is otherwise quiet.
The bed is not quite soft. It's almost soft. I would call it a medium firm bed. Eventually I would get pressure pain on the hip and shoulder. The hairdryer is extremely powerful on low setting. Not exactly useful for gentle styling.
Everything else about the condo was great. It is easily accessible and is a ground floor unit. Parking is practically in front of the unit. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools. Food trucks/shopping are a 5 minute walk to the left as you leave the condo. The rental team will resolve any issues for you right away.

The property is perfect. 10 out of 10 no notes. Access to the Bay is incredibly easy, the grass is plush and springy, and the condo is comfy and inviting. We've already sent the listing to multiple friends and we ourselves are planning our next trip back.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was an amazing experience. The place is small, but honestly very comfortable and perfect for a couple. It’s right next to the beach and looks exactly like the photos. At night we would leave the door open and fall asleep to the sound of the waves — that was one of our favorite parts.
Even though there is AC, this time of year we barely needed it. The unit had everything we needed — iron and ironing board, plenty of towels, beach chairs (which we used when we went down to the beach), kitchen items to cook some meals, etc. Everything was clean, organized and well prepared for guests.
Also, the management team was extremely attentive. Any time I had a question, they responded within about 20 minutes. So if you ever have a question while staying here, they take care of you right away.
We felt relaxed, comfortable, and taken care of the whole stay.
Highly recommend. Five stars. Great host and great location. Perfect spot if you want to be right by

We absolutely loved our stay in Kihei at this beautiful condo! It was perfect for our family of five. The welcome kit was such a thoughtful touch, and check-in was smooth and easy. The condo was spotless, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and more!The starter kit was incredibly generous, including plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, spices, and beach essentials like chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and towels. There were also lots of soft bathroom towels, which we really appreciated.The condo itself was very quiet and comfortable. The king-size beds were super cozy, and both bathrooms were newly remodeled and very clean. Communication with the host was clear and effortless throughout our stay, and we had absolutely no issues—no complaints at all.The location was perfect—right across from the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants, food trucks, and shops.We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

No, we had a great view of the beach and pool and were able to fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing at the beach which was amazing and very well located around local shop and places to eat. Amazing food truck from local businesses only a 5 minute drive down the road as well. Easily accessible for the elders that came with us and a very comfy family friendly rental.

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon and we had the best time staying in Kihei. The location is perfect; less than a 5 minute walk to the Kamaole beach and with great places to eat less than 10 minutes away. We appreciated the condo’s location the most, and enjoyed our stay there overall. We would definitely stay there again.
