We loved everything at Kaanapali Villas! Location, beach, sunset views, Castaway Cafe, we will recommend Kaanapali Villas to everyone! This was a dream vacation!
The only negative about Villa 116 is there was only one beach chair…so we had to rent a beach chair for $15 a day.

We received a door code to get inside the unit, which made it easy because we didn't have to worry about a key. The unit was very clean. There was one bedroom with a king size bed on the main level, two beds in the loft, and a sofa bed, so plenty of room for five people. We had a full kitchen including a large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, which allowed us to prepare our own meals (cuts down cost). The awesome Charley Young beach was only a 3-minute walk away. Although the unit was on the 4th floor, we had an elevator. We felt at home in the unit!
I know space is limited, but it would have been nice to have a pantry or cupboard inside the condo to store food items that don't need to be refrigerated. Also, add a pizza tray, so we can make frozen pizza. :)

Great stay! The room was actually well cleaned. The team was great at communicating and quick to help out. The kitchen had all the necessities: olive oil, salt/pepper, dish pods, laundry pods, etc. The room had A/C but we preferred to just open the patio doors - this side has a very nice strong breeze. We loved the location 'cause it's super close to the best snorkeling spots: Kahekili, Napili and Kapalua bay. The resort is across a shopping plaza and there's a nice trailer food park right next. Definitely would stay here again!

Very nice place. It is within walking distance of everything you’d want. It’s also a perfect spot in Maui. Couldn’t ask for better for the price!

This property was great. The views from our 11th floor condo was the pinnacle ouf our trip. Mid April, we could see whales, dolphins and sea turtles daily looking into the 'Au'Au channel. Plenty of food options around as well as a grocery store and little bar. Lots of things in the condo to do if stuck inside.

Maui Kaanapali Villas is a Top notch resort. The views are spectacular! Pristine beach and crystal clear ocean. We stayed in Villa 116. Our villa was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful pools and lush landscaping really made you feel like you are a world away from it all! We were saddened to have to leave after 8 magical days on Maui!

Wonderful stay! The lanai patio was the cherry on the cake with a great view and being able to hear wind through the trees it became one of our favorite places. I loved being on this side of building because it felt like our little oasis with hardly anyone. We loved having a kitchen and cooked most of the meals. Kitchen was well stocked with most items you would need, include shoyu! We went daily to enjoy the pools and beach. A great stay for sure.

Very nice place, liked the TV's, kitchen (well-stocked), and AC. Bed was really firm (worked for me), sofa and seating was comfortable. Close to dinner options, coffee, snorkel rentals, convenience stores, etc. Great proactive communication and instructions. Good value, I would return in the future.

My Perfect Stays was awesome! They were very communicative and everything was exactly as they said. Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful view of the ocean and could see turtles swimming around daily! The only down side we had was the right side of the bed (closest to the door) was sunken in. I switched my husband after the second night because he was having trouble sleeping, I still slept okay and was still comfortable. But everything else was clean and perfect! Would still definitely stay here again! The view alone was AMAZING! My Perfect Stays did message us when spectrum was out of service to let us know, and also were there to help if we ever needed! They left a welcoming gift and recommendations on food and things to do around the area. Thank you for a great stay and we hope to visit soon again!

Unit was very nice and just as promoted online. The privacy of the ground level lanai was a huge plus! Gorgeous landscaping and just steps away from a very private beach perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Easy location in Lahaina, near restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

This Maui Airbnb was the perfect stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it offered easy access to beautiful beaches and plenty of great food options nearby. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed — beach chairs, fins towels, and more. These small touches made beach days effortless.

Recently stayed a few nights and left very happy. The area is absolutely beautiful and was very walkable for many things. Unit was nice as well, a couple of things needed fixing, but other than that everything was perfect!

Great stay! The condo was spacious and looked exactly like the photos. Lots of amenities like beach chairs and umbrellas to make the visits to all the beaches on the island easy and comfortable.

Such a beautiful location and a really nice place. Had everything we needed including beach gear! Woke up to sea turtles at the private beach and ended each day with a perfect sunset over the ocean. Loved our experience!

Great property supplied everything they advertised. Beautiful view, convenient location. Only downside is the morning noise on and off property. Coming from eastern standard time zone, the 7 am garbage and construction noise is a bit early, but just helps get our day started earlier.

Such a beautiful place with a lovely view and sounds of the ocean. I loved being able to go downstairs and walk along the rocks by ocean and see sea turtles sunbathing on the sand. This place is also a quick drive away from all the places I wanted to visit in west Maui. Super easy self check-in - I arrived and checked in late at night with no issue. Would recommend.

This condo was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed.The welcome basket upon arrival was a lovely surprise, thank you for that! 🤗 We especially appreciated the stylish decor, which featured lots of local art and has a up-to-date feel. One of our favorite things to do was visit the fish market and bring back fresh food to enjoy on the lanai while taking in the stunning views. Thanks for an amazing spot to stay & enjoy.

Awesome spot. You can see the ocean from all the rooms. The ocean is just a couple steps from the unit. The famous Kaanapali Beach walk is only 10 min away by foot. This unit felt private yet close to all the fun. The unit was clean and had all the amenities you need. It’s privately owned so not perfect (the bed of the main bedroom was too soft and the furniture in the living room felt too big for the space). But overall I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

If you are looking for a ritzy place to stay, then look at the expensive places in Wailea. If you are looking for a nice, quiet, clean, central location, then look no further. This place checks all the boxes. We loved the location and took long walks on the beach daily. The pool is lovely and never crowded. Short walk to the marina where there are great restaurants and gift shops. We loved that the condo included beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers which we used daily. I was worried about the bedrooms not having AC but it was not an issue at all with the constant Maui breeze. My Perfect Stay had great communication with all the needed details and recommendations. We highly recommend this condo.

We loved our stay in this unit at the Ka’anapali Shores resort. The unit was mostly all newly updated and we enjoyed the view. It was well stocked to cook some meals and had beach chairs we appreciated. The location was excellent and walkable to many great eating options and a grocery store. The resort is also beautifully maintained. We LOVED the pool!
