I wish I booked it for more days as staying right on the golf course and the area was perfect. The beaches were all so close by the place was pretty much brand new with every appliance you would think of. They had parking a private road to the villa. The only thing I wish is that if we could get a discount on the golf course since we are staying on it. It was very expensive but other than that everything was priceless.
Would book this place only if you go to MAUI !!!

I will say the listing is very accurate. Unfortunately, I assumed all properties on West Maui had air-conditioning and they don’t. Totally my fault for looking at the pretty pictures and not reading the details. The property was as described after I did read it. The view is spectacular. Unfortunately, for me, I do not like warm condos so the no air-conditioning was not comfortable. If you don’t mind your condo in the mid 70s, then this place will suit You just fine. For me, I will only book with AC. That is the reason I don’t give it Five stars is because I would not recommend it to anyone I know due to the air-conditioning. We were here in May so it wasn’t even that hot outside so can’t even imagine when it gets warmer. Best of you read everything and don’t assume other properties have AC either. Have found other listings that say nothing either way only to find out they don’t have AC either. At least these owners are upfront. Wish I was more thorough.

The best feature was to be so close to the beach, 3 minutes walking, lot of places to find food, the apartment comfortable. Just the A/C needing some maintenance. Communication with owner was excellent!! Nice place to expend your vacation with the family!

Awesome place to stay. A/C works which is important for summer travels. Master bedroom and balcony has amazing sea view so you can watch sunset at home. The rooms is equipped with beach items from umbrella to towels. Would love to stay here again in the future

The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed from cooking items to beach items! All the information we needed to stay there was easily accessible and the team was very responsive to any questions we did have!

Great experience overall. Few minor issues, but very satisfied with the responses. Landscapers thinned some the plants around the deck while we were there. Deck is more inviting now, but not any less private.

Stayed 4 nights and we had a great time! The unit looked like the photos, however it needs some tlc. The front door handle is not on all the way, and the unit itself while super cute, needs a deep clean/updating for sure! Little imperfections definitely added up, but we still enjoyed our time. Walkable to coffee and dinners, and perfect for a sunset beach walk!

Wonderful stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and the views are spectacular! Very close to the pool, which was nice. We love this area of Maui…so close to the beach and walkable to several restaurants. The only inconvenience was not having a closet to hang clothes, but otherwise all other amenities were available. The unit has been recently renovated, so everything was in pristine condition. We have stayed at other properties managed by My Perfect Stays and we are always pleased with our experiences. Mahalo!

I like the property but, only 2 convenient stores and they close at 8pm, Ubers take for ever to come by and if you want to go downtown it’s about a 25min drive to get to local stores and shopping centers.

This condo is at rhe center of many great beaches. Kamole Sands II offers amazing sunsets and is right across the street. You can see the Haleakala Summit from.the parking structure here (parking is fee free). There are so many gteat restaurants within walking distance and only 35 minutes from Iao Valley. If you plan to drive the Road to Hana, this spot is very ideal, rather than trying to drive from Ka'anapali area. Woth that being said, Ka'anapali Beach is an expensive area, although only a short drive from the Maui Banyan. This unit offered what we needed as far as price and location. The bed was comfortable and there was a large TV. It's quiet and the staff and security guard, Jackie are great! If you vacation in Maui, you shouldn't be there to stay in any room, therefore it is the perfect get away. Great communication and responsive to a few requests we had. Aloha!

We had a wonderful week in Wailea. My Perfect Stays was very attentive during our stay at Wailea Ekolu Place, Unit 1606. The view from the condo was spectacular! We enjoyed the peaceful retreat that was nearby to so many amazing beaches and beautiful scenery options. The location was perfect...walkable access o restaurants, bars, and shopping and more. The amenities provided were above and beyond our expectations...(beach gear, kitchen supplies, welcome gift🩷). The location of the condo and parking made coming and going quick and easy.

We stayed here for 10 nights and we were so sad to leave! It really started to feel like home. Everything was clean and fully stocked with all we needed! It was a nice touch to include the cooler, chairs, and beach umbrella.
It was so nice waking up to the view of the beach from the bed and being able to open sliding doors to hear waves.
It was located at a great location that you can easily get to other beaches if needed. We got to see great sunsets and snorkeled with turtles at the air bnb.
The Captain Jacks restaurant located just a few minute walk away was great every time we went/ordered food to go.
We are already planning our next trip back and would stay here again.

I was particularly excited to visit Maui this time as I was traveling with my sister and I wanted to give her the best possible experience, and this place did not disappoint!
How do I start? The parking was super convenient. The location was close to everything and very much walkable and safe. The beach is literally 10 steps away. The entryway staircase was always filled with plumeria fragrance and petals. The views were incredible. We specifically enjoyed watching the sunset from the infinity pool. The apartment was stacked with everything you could possible need for a beach vacation, including beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, mats, towels and a fully stacked kitchen. We were also welcomed with a bottle of cold water(most needed in Maui May heat) and a box of chocolates.
Our favorite place was the balcony where we spent most of our time, when not beach hopping. I will definitely go back and recommend renting this place to everyone I know.

That view though!!! The condo felt like home instantly. We didn't need single thing while we were there. Great location. Lots of good restaurants close by. Beach was nice and very close. Did I mention that view?! My God!!! Insanely beautiful. Many sea turtles were viewed even better from the top lenai. Amazing. Beautiful. Perfect. No notes.

Pros: almost private beach literally 5 meters from the terrace, with turtles chilling on the shore.
You can snorkel right there and unit has gear.
Stunning views from the unit and the terrace.
Sunsets to die for.
