Condo was well equipped for cooking and days at the beach. The listing included the fact that there was only an AC in the living room (not the bedroom) but the one AC was on a timer outlet for a max of 6hrs. This made for uncomfortably hot mornings. Great location to shops, food, and the beach.

We absolutely loved our time with My Perfect Stays. our condolences was super cute and cozy. with an amazing oceanview. Would most definitely come back again and will recommend to all.

Had a great stay here with family of 6! The location is great. Was easy to find security to register/get parking permit. The amenities were very useful, found beach chairs are bit old but they work. AC was good enough. Sofa bed is decent size. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo/body wash. Overall I would stay here again.

This condo does not disappoint! Views are amazing and the place is well-equipped with more "extras" than I have seen in many places (sunscreen, first-aid kit, ziploc bags, some spices, etc.) Highly recommend this unit. We will be returning.

Wonderful location and view of the ocean. Could walk down to the waterfront t and watch turtles. Getting to various beaches in the area was easy. Check in and checkout was a breeze.

Comfortable bed, beautiful views, clean inside, quiet, minutes from multiple snorkeling beaches (sea turtles, tuna, tons of beautiful fish!!) & parking spot included! I would advise taking an early morning walk to get an idea of how close all the beautiful beaches are! Great stay! Second time in the area, will be going again!

The original posting on the unit I booked was inaccurate and missing the ac in the bedroom. However, my perfect stats was able to move me to an alternative unit. Perfect communication and help.

I’m already planning to go back. This place had everything I needed. When I first walked in and saw the gorgeous ocean view, it took my breath away. The bed was comfortable. I love falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves crashing at night. This was an absolute dream come true - a solo trip I’ll cherish forever.

There is not a single minus in this apartment. Everything looks even better than in the photos. Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, everything is very neatly arranged and everything that can be signed, even the TV remote control. It turned out to be convenient because you just arrived and are confused in a new place, but here we immediately felt at home. Just a stunning view, on the sunset side! This is a separate bonus, I think. Quiet place, shops and the beach are nearby. You can walk there. The team was very friendly and always came to our aid. We would be happy to return to this apartment again! Thank you!

This 2 BD 2 bath across the street from Kamaole beach 3 was great!Clean, well stocked place was great for a party of 3 (me, my husband and a friend)The only challenge was same as other reviews. No AC so place can be too warm to comfortably fall asleep and stay asleep. We went at the end of May and found place too hot at times so cannot imagine staying without AC during the hot summer months.Also the building has only 1 elevator in the middle and it's a bit of a walk from elevator to the unit so bringing grocery or luggage was a bit of a pain but nothing bad enough to not stay here.I would definitely stay here again!

Great amenities and gorgeous pool. 3 minute walk to the beach. On-site restaurant had a yummy breakfast, and lots of nearby restaurants to walk or drive to. Washer and dryer in unit was super helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. :-)

Property was as expected and listed. Quiet stay, pool and hot tub were almost empty in the later afternoons and grills/kitchen were available poolside.Condo was clean and well stocked with cooking supplies (no spare condiments or foods). The property had five beach chairs and umbrella that came in handy. Overall a great stay!

Very spacious Lanai, just feet from the waters edge, turtle views every day, 2 A/C units kept us comfortable when with the Lanai open. 20 minutes to Kihei, 35 minutes to Kaanapali, 15 minutes to Kahului. The only caution i offer is a limited view of the sunrise amd no view of the sunset. We offset this by planning our evening meals in Kaanapali for the sunsets. Aquarium and shops nearby.

If the perfect location/view matters to you, this is the perfect place to stay! The wall of windows looking out to the ocean felt like you were on a cruise ship. Not as many amentities or sandy areas as there would be at a big resort but if the view/deck is important to you, don't hesitate! We loved it!

The condo at Mahana was amazing. Secluded, private, tucked away in the trees past a few other hotels. Food trucks and shopping centers nearby. Room with ocean view was incredible. My wife loved it, so that means its gotta be excellent. Kitchen was fully furnished including glass tupperwares! Large refrigerator/freezer. Very clean condo. Washer and dryer in unit worked great. A/C air conditioning and fans were all in working condition. Lanai balcony was beautiful as well. Minimal bugs (the occasional fly or mosquito only) is understandable in this environment. We would recommend this place and would come again.

Our stay [ 6 nights] was a 5 star experience. Great communication, beautiful condo. Good location, 20 minutes to Kehei, 30 minutes to Lahaina, 15 minutes to Kahului. Beautiful grounds, good parking, nice pool, turtle views daily. Awesome furnishings, clean, well kept unit. The only down side is you can't see the sunrise or the sunset from this unit. We adjusted for this by planning evening meals in Lahaina/Kaanapali for the sunset. Unit is right on the water, beautiful spacious Lanai, the trade winds were perfect during our stay [ late May ]. Unit has to room air conditioners that kept us very comfortable even with sliders open to hear the waves. This Unit is worth a try.

Everything was great. Only recommendation to the owner is to update master bedroom curtains to hanging cloth curtains as the light from hallway seeps through these at night. It didn't impact us as we had eye masks.

This place is wonderful! You could not be any closer to the ocean; we watched a gorgeous sunset from the wrap around balcony every night! The unit is large and exactly as depicted! The pools are nice too.Also AC IS TRULY CENTRAL!Park outside by delivery entrance for this unit; puts you closer!Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

SEA TURTLES!!!! We saw so many sea turtles every day! This place was incredible and we will definitely book it again! The property and the pools overlook the ocean, and we saw around 20 sea turtles playing in the water and napping on the beach. It was private, quiet, and peaceful. The sandy beach for swimming is a small walk, but the property is located directly over a gorgeous, rocky shoreline. We paid for a snorkeling tour with a local company and saw 1 sea turtle, but walking on the property right in front of our condo we saw dozens. The condo is fully stalked with everything you need; great kitchen and bathroom supplies. We have already recommended this place to friends and will definitely come back during whale season. This place is just away from the skyrise condos and feels very quiet and private.
