The place was perfect and right across from the ocean. We enjoyed breakfast from the balcony majority of the days. Walking to the beach was easy. The kids loved the pool. We were there 2 wks and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We would come back!

The pictures didn’t do it justice. The views were more beautiful than I can explain. It was super clean, very comfy beds, loved every second every stay!

Adorable, great location, great view, close to a lot of things, nice to have a washing machine. We were comfortable with 6 people. Great value!
The only thing that could have been better is the air conditioning units. Everything else was great!

My family of 4 stayed in this condo and were immediately pleased. The first important thing was how clean it was! There were extras in the room that were very helpful such as beach toys, umbrella (we didn’t end up using), soft sided cooler which was so great to use, food airtight containers to use for our fruit, and other kitchen items. They had a very nice welcome gift on the table for us that our family got to enjoy! The view and location of this condo was perfect looking at one of their smaller pools which we went to a lot since it was right there.
The overall el dorado amenities (pools, games, bbq’s, etc.) were so great. We would definitely stay again and recommend this condo to others.

The condo was beautiful! It’s in an older building but everything was great. Large kitchen area for a condo, and this one was nice because it was on the end (so had an extra window with a sea view)! We saw sea turtles from the patio daily and it’s a beautiful spot. Super windy - apparently by the second windiest harbor in the world. Also be sure to look through their deals- we got an amazing deal on a snorkel trip. Overall, would for sure stay again! Thank you!

Vacation rental of this condo was amazing. No issues, very private. Can’t control the wind, but it was a very windy stay this last week of June. Homeless were definitely present in this area as it’s next to a public park. Law enforcement should be more present in the evenings/ nightime in this local park area.

This condo is super clean, well stocked Airbnb, especially the kitchen. It’s as nice as the photos and the location by the pool with all the trees keeps it cool so we didn’t even need AC in June. Our ONLY complaint was that there were not enough towels.. 2 bath towels, 1 beach towel per person plus only 1 floor mat towel for 7 days of beach and pool fun was woefully inadequate. The tile floor also gets very slippery so we were forced to use our precious towels to wipe up water on the floor (so my 6 year old did not slip). Need floor mats at all entrances, in the kitchen, more floor mat towels, and more towels in general. Other than that, this is a beautiful place, everything worked perfectly, prime location.

Highly recommend Mana Kai 810. Beautiful property. If you are looking for a beautiful beach and great snorkeling, this is the place for you. Not to mention beautiful sunsets. They general store with a deli was perfect for breakfast and lunch when you wanted to spend the day at the beach. The Condo was clean and well equipped and communication and check in were great!

We had a wonderful week at Kamaole Beach Royale #302 with My Perfect Stays! Gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony and can hear the waves at night! 2 min walk from Kamaole beach. Plenty of things close by like food, and even snorkel rentals. Beautifully remodeled condo, fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including dishwasher / laundry pods, blender, plenty of pots and pans for cooking, towels (both for showering and pool), TP, tissues etc. if we had to be picky, there was only one air conditioning unit in the living room so it was cold in the living room but was a little warm in the back bedrooms but we just used the ceiling fans - we def will be back again!

This rental was excellent: we loved the amenities provided (especially the beach chairs and cooler), and the lanai had a beautiful view of the water. The place is in a great location with walkable beaches nearby, close to grocery stores, snorkel rental, etc. Parking was reasonable and easy. The buildings are being maintained well. Would stay again!

Great location for price. It was comfortable with AC & beds were comfortable! Bathroom is a great size! All of the amenities! We loved that it was stocked with everything for the beach! It is a quiet complex. There may not be a great view, but we actually liked that it was private. Couldn’t see any neighbors in the back.

This is an excellent place if you’re looking for value. We used the pool, hot tub, and walked a very short way to the beach. They’ve got welcome treats, cooking seasonings, beach chairs, and snorkel gear available to use. You really get it all. For the price, you can’t beat it. Everything you could want or need is walking distance - food truck park, shave ice, the best bakery on Maui. I will look to stay here next time we visit. Highly recommend this spot!

The place is immaculate! Stunning view from the lanai, everyday we watched people surfing right from the lanai, the place is really spacious, the bidet toilet seat is really high tech, we really love it! This unit is really highly recommended, it’s walkable to the aquarium, restaurants, etc. The building has a trash chute, they even have the grocery cart in the basement that you can use to take your groceries in the unit. For sure we will come back here! They have a huge smart TV in the living room and Tv in the bedroom. They have beach chair, body board, cooler, etc that you can take to the beach! I really love this place!

The view of the ocean is truly stunning and makes this place top-notch! No A/C was hard to swallow at first but we quickly realized it wasn't a big deal and cooled off once the sun went down. We also weren't there during the majority of the day so it truly wasn't an issue. Opening the front door proved very helpful though! The kitchen was well stocked with the basic supplies you need to cook a few meals. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and hope to return again some day! Maui is stunning and this condo helped make it that much more enjoyable!

10/10 would stay here again! Home is beautiful, pristine, spotless, well decorated, and has all the amenities and more that were mentioned. A/C works well, bathrooms are large and spacious, kitchen is fully stocked. We couldn’t ask for a better rental. Location is in a highly desired area and is peaceful away from the noise. The view is stunning and makes waking up early enjoyable. Hosts were proactive and helpful at every step of the way. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone especially families. You have your space and then some!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here! It was perfect for the 6 of us and had everything we needed - including beach towels, chairs, an ice chest and beach toys. The community was very quiet, and the condo is in the perfect location with beautiful ocean views from the Lanai.
In addition, the team was responsive and provided assistance when we needed it (there was an ant problem day 4 and they sent someone to assist asap to deal with the issue) which we appreciated very much!
Overall, we had the best vacation in Maui! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely book again!

The unit was generally comfortable, though it showed more wear in person than the photos suggested. During our stay, a condo project limited use of the living room and A/C—something not clearly communicated ahead of time. The washing machine was also not working. The on-call staff were polite and available 24/7, which we appreciated. We ended up leaving after one night and did receive a fair refund, though it took about a week and it wasn’t clear whether the resolution came from Airbnb or My Perfect Stays.

This place was phenomenal! so many local food places that are walking distance. The balcony view was by far the most beautiful view I've had at any place I've stayed. The room was spacious and clean and came with all amenities and more. I would highly recommend staying her Vs any other listing. The staff were extremely friendly and nice. you could see turtles and other sea life from the balcony. Honestly the perfect getaway location for you and your spouse. 10/10 highly recommend. Very communicatove and quick with responses to any questions I had as well.

Location was nice and quiet with lush vegetation as the view from the lanai. AC was excellent in the room and living room. The amenities such as beach chairs, umbrella, towels were provided along with a brand new cooler bag. The in room laundry and dishwasher was working well as well as soap and detergent. We loved our stay here as everything was up to date and working. No complaints at all.
