Everything was as easy as could possibly have been absolutely amazing. Location could not have asked for a better first visit to Maui any questions that I had or answered quickly if there was a way to give six stars, I would the check-in and checkout process was very easy everything we needed was available to make Our stay amazing

We just stayed at Maui Kaanapali Villas and it was perfect. The resort is really nice, beautiful beach, great onsite restaurant and a bit out of the crowds but still close to everything. The condo had excellent starter amenities and very nice umbrella and beach chairs. My Perfect Stays was awesome to work with and was super responsive if we needed something. Would definitely return!

All this place needs is an AC unit but overall it was a great experience. The beach was across the street as well.

It is a beautiful property with an exceptional view directly on the beach. We watched the sunset from the balcony each night.The condo was clean, welcoming, and had a cool Asian-vibe. My teenage daughter slept on the nice pull-out sofa. Wile the bed was very comfortable, she had a difficult time with the room not being dark enough. No room darkening shades for all of the giant windows. While we LOVED the huge views during the day, the room darkening option at night would have been nice. Otherwise, we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The snorkeling off the beach is perfect with coral and many fish to see. Thank you for a lovely place to stay!!

Beautiful property…steps to the beach on Napili Bay. Gorgeous landscaping and two excellent restaurants on property. Very comfortable condo close to a lovely quiet pool area and bbq’s. Definitely perfect for families. We had a big group of extended family members - 8 units rented at the same time. Wonderful

Beautiful ocean front room with private grass lanai. Sunsets were amazing. No Air Conditioning was not too bad. Constant ocean breeze made it comfortable.

Condo was located in a beautiful neighborhood and had a good view of the ocean.
Even without air conditioning we stayed cool with that Maui breeze and enjoyed our time inside.

The condo was AMAZING! It had all the amenities. We could literally park right outside of our room and access it with ease. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was spotless. It was just a perfect getaway for my and my Ohana. We will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely unit, great location and everything was in good condition. The only drawback was it was very warm in the one bedroom that lacked an a/c unit. Otherwise, the unit and the rental company were great and I would use them again.

This was a lovely location and a nice unit, but several things were in need of updating including the shower enclosure, the couch, the rugs and the beach chair. Also, while we appreciated the cleanliness of the unit, the strong smell of cleaning fluid persisted for about 2 days.The rental agency, My Perfect Stays, was very responsive, but the owner of the unit needs to fix up some things.

Amazing property - beautiful location, grounds, the beach/ bay was spectacular and a short walk from our unit. The condo was clean, comfortable. We had a large extended family group with 8 units at this property - perfect location for us!

Very nice condo! Decorated nicely, clean, and comfortable. The bed in the main room was heaven! The sofa bed was perfect for our 11 year old daughter. Everything worked well and the place felt so homie. Nice pool and private beach. There’s a bunch of food trucks in a big lot across the street so we picked food up from there once to bring back to the condo for dinner. Very convenient. We ended up not doing any cooking, but did go to the grocery store across the street for breakfast and snack items to stock the kitchen with. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would book again.

We loved our stay here! We could even see a sea turtle swimming in the ocean from our lanai! Plenty of room in the apartment. No air conditioning, so had to leave the windows and lanai open all night. Some noise out there but it wasn’t awful. We would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this condo while celebrating my birthday with my husband and young kids. It was the perfect getaway home base—steps from the beach, beautiful sunrise and sunset views, close to grocery stores, restaurants, food trucks and a short 10 minute drive to beautiful beach spots like Nāpili Bay and Kapalua Beach.
Our 5 year old son loved his mornings on the beach playing in the sand and afternoons swimming in the clean pool. The unit included snorkel gear, beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella, which made beach days easy.
As mentioned in the listing, there is no A/C and while the evenings were warm, we were able to keep the air flowing between the front screen door and the back sliding screen door with the fans on which worked well for us to keep the kids cool.
Overall, this place was the perfect spot for an amazing family Maui getaway and we would absolutely stay here again when visiting Maui in the future.

Our Airbnb home was great overall. The location was perfectly situated with nearby stores and restaurants. The ABC store is walkable.
There were great attention to details in the kitchen that was super helpful for our family. The spices and cooking cabinet was well stocked with spices, cooking oil, and cooking essentials. The Tupperware collection was a wonderful touch for packing snacks and lunches for the little ones. Our family was super appreciative of the thoughtful amenities. Further, there was a portable cooler and beach gear that was available for use. We had access to ample towels as well.
Host and staff was responsive and communication was easy throughout our stay.
The kids especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.

We absolutely loved the location of the condo. It was clean with a great view of the ocean - we saw turtles swimming every day. The terrace was very spacious and stayed cool in the shade. All was as described but I must admit I somehow missed that the unit does not have AC. It took a little getting used to but with the fans and the breeze from the terrace it was very tolerable. We really loved our stay. It worked out well for our family.

Great location! Just across the street from Charleys Beach and a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Place accommodated 7 comfortably. Very responsive host for any questions or issues. Would definitely stay again in the future!

I was impressed long before I had arrived at our condo in Kaanapali. The team at My Perfect Stays did such a great job of preparing me for my arrival it eliminated so much stress. When we arrived, our assigned parking space was clearly marked and easy to find. The code to the lock on the door opened on the first effort and the code to the pool area opened on the first effort. Upon entry into the unit we found it very nicely appointed bright and airy. The fan and air conditioner were running at our arrival so the unit was cool, even with direct sun on the windows. Early in our stay we received a knock on the door from the property manager and he explained that there was water dripping from the lanai of our unit to the units below. He asked if it would be possible to investigate. With a quick review found it was something that My Perfect Stays team maintenance needed to address. We made a phone call and they showed up within 30 minutes. A quick diagnosis showed that there was a missing part from the underside of the air conditioning unit. I was going to require a quick fix. We went to enjoy the pool and the repair was completed in no time and cause no further issues for the inhabitants below us. Watching the turtles and sunsets from the balcony was just fantastic. Based on many experiences in property rental units, this particular condo unit had one of the most comfortable beds ever. I've slept in some very horrible beds and it's always a bit of a concern at a vacation rental. Nope, absolute perfect rest. Highly recommend the property.

The place was perfect and right across from the ocean. We enjoyed breakfast from the balcony majority of the days. Walking to the beach was easy. The kids loved the pool. We were there 2 wks and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We would come back!
