The Mahana is a building in which every room has an amazing view. There are no bad rooms. Well maintained, clean, and fun. I recommend this site and Unit 804.

This was a lovely place to stay. The view can't be beat. The location is right on the beach, and the huge windows make it feel like you are practically in the ocean. The balcony is a perfect place to watch the water and enjoy the outdoors. We enjoyed our time here and, should we ever return to Maui, will hope to reserve this exact unit again.

Great location, nice restaurants and coffee right across the street, the jacuzzi is nice as well. The room decorated in the old fashioned style, looks old but overall pretty clean. Worth the value to stay here!

Well maintained and clean with a beautiful ocean view. Nearby shopping and restaurants within walking distance. It's very secluded and quiet with easy highway access. The only thing we weren't happy with was the bed appeared very small for a queen size. We never opened the murphy bed but we feel it would be a bit tight in the living room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for 2 and would work well with children.We would recommend this condo if your visiting Maui.

Great room and resort, great location. Enjoyed the first level and next to the pool. Enjoyed the on site Tiki Bar. The photos and description of the room were accurate. "My Perfect Stays' team were great, accessible, and very helpful. I recommend this place and would come back again.

My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating our honeymoon in Maui. Our condo was home away from home for the week and felt very comfortable. Everything was enjoyable from the views from the deck to the kitchen amenities. We had an issue with our toaster and the team was good at responding and got us a brand new one brought the next day. The one thing Id say that was more difficult was the rinse station down at the beach of the resort just because it was on sand and so as you rinse, you end up getting more sand on you. But that is really my only complaint. The bed was extremely comfortable. AC worked great. We would definitely book with them again.

The condo had everything on our wish list….very comfortable inside. Just walked out of the door, ocean and beach right there. We didn’t have to drive to sit on the beach. Very private. Could hear the water all day and night. Absolutely amazing. Will be returning and hope to use the same place again

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautifully maintained property. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, providing us with all the information we needed about the area and making us feel right at home.
The space itself was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to prepare meals with ease, while the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. Nestled in a charming neighborhood, we were just a short walk away from local attractions, restaurants, and parks. It was the perfect base for our adventures.

The balcony was the reason we booked this rental and it did not disappoint… it was amazing to have our coffee and dinners on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the dozens of turtles floating at the wave break onto the little beach in front of the rental. It was very quiet and we could not hear any of the neighbors. The kitchen was well stocked, and we found it easy to make meals. It was also convenient and a plus to have a clothes, washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. We definitely used the beach gear which included chairs, towels, and multiple coolers. However, beach umbrellas were not included, so we went out and bought one, which I suggested that they start to include for future rentals. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they looked well taken care of. And in general, the location was quite easy to access all parts of the island. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would recommend it, if not for the views alone.

Condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed! Parking was easy and location was great and convenient to everything! When I asked questions, responses were quick and informative. Would definitely stay here again!

This was exactly what we needed. We got in late so the first night it was confusing to find since it was very dark but we found our way every time thereafter. The view from the Lani was perfect. I thought it was more front facing but the fact you can see and HEAR the ocean from both bedrooms, living room and kitchen make up for it.
The sea turtles right up on the shoreline were awesome. we got to see bioluminescence and a meteor shower. Sunsets from the LANI were everything and more, absolutely STUNNING!!
The location was within distance to explore, eat and visit other guests and locals. Met a very friendly perfect stay’s employee who gave us tips on where to explore and even chatted about experiences. Apartment was clean and well stocked with all essentials. I could not ask for a better little apartment for my daughter sweet 16 experience. A huge Mahalo you for letting us be a part of the perfect stays experience, we WILL be back for more! 🧡

Great location + easy hosts who are quick to respond. Very walkable neighborhood, decent AC (living area only; fans in the bedrooms). The kitchen had all of the usual tools + the knives were pretty sharp (rare to find in rentals, in my experience). I'd love to see cotton or another natural fiber sheet next time, the polyester sheets felt cheap + were noisy, but this is obviously not that big a deal + we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We loved our time here! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The ocean views were incredible! Great location, close to shops and restaurants, and the property grounds were beautiful and peaceful. Our host was super responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again!

The partial ocean view was as advertised. Our room was well stocked with the necessary supplies for a beach day except for an umbrella which was not a big deal but would’ve been nice. Very quiet part of the villas and a short walk to a nice beach. Would recommend staying here.

There is just no beating being so close to the waterfront! Gorgeous views of the water and outlying islands, and the sound of the surf against the seawall is so soothing. Parking was a little tight, and difficult finding the right number the first time. Kitchen was well-equipped. Bed and couch were comfortable. Messages to management company were addressed with reasonable promptness.

We had a terrific stay! The resort was so centrally located and within walking distance of food trucks and restaurants. Loved the pools and view of the ocean from the lanai. Couldn’t have imagined a better place for us to stay in Maui and I’d definitely look to book this for another trip back!
We traveled with a group of seven adults; which was a little tight but each couple had a room (one couple had the two twin beds) and one adult had the sofa.
Loved the little welcome gifts and thank you for a wonderful stay!

I wanted a spot right on the water, with a water view from the bedroom and the living space, at a reasonable price. This place nailed all three items. It's not new, so the decor is a bit dated and there is wear on the place. But it's a fantastic place at a really good value. If view and water access is your priority, this is the place for you.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations — the place was beautiful, spotless, and in a great location.
