This was our first trip to Maui and our stay was perfect! The My Perfect Stays team was great at communication. The location was fantastic, close to several beaches, trails, etc. and amazing ocean view. The place was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were so nice to have. Would definitely stay here again!

This unit was perfect for my family of five! It had a great location with beautiful views. Everything we needed was in the unit from beach supplies to kitchen and bath items. It was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again!!!

This unit is on the top floor and on the end so it has an extra lanai and was very peaceful. We loved everything about it and would stay again.

We had such a great experience staying here during our trip to Maui! The place was spotless when we arrived, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location couldn’t have been better in which it was close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. There were so many thoughtful amenities included, from beach gear to a fully stocked kitchen, which made our stay super convenient. The host was also incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. We’d definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect. Directly at beachfront, with miles of beach in both directions. Also within easy walking distance is a food truck park, a grocery store, restaurants and bars. I was stunned by the great snorkeling at the reef which is right in view. Sea turtles and a huge variety of tropical fish are right there. The unit itself is in very good condition and updated. Loved opening the windows and listening to the waves crashing. You can even see the sea turtles swimming from the window. No unpleasant sounds from any neighbors. Parking at the unit is included and abundant.

Ground Floor was the best. Just a few steps to the pool and the beach. We saw the turtles several times. Absolutely a lovely place to stay in Maui.

I booked this for my son and his girlfriend. The owner(s) were communicated often and well, and provided all the information needed for an easy check-in. My son said the room was great and they liked the property.

Very comfortable and beautiful stay with a quiet and peaceful beachfront right across the patio! The pool location was perfect for us since it is also just in front. We loved the hearing the waves and having the stretch of beach right there!

I can’t tell you what a wonderful experience we had. The photos do not do the condo justice. The resort itself was gorgeous. It is a beautiful location; walkable to coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Would stay there again and again!

Out of all the stays we’ve had in Hawaii this was truly one of the best! The condo, amenities and outdoor areas were just as beautiful as the photos! One of the things that really stood out was the attention to details (dish washer pods in the kitchen, detergent pods/dryer sheets in the laundry closet, extra bathroom & pool towels, a well-stocked kitchen, fridge with filtered water & ice-maker, welcome basket upon arrival). So many times we have to run out to the store for these things (and ultimately leave them behind) so to have them there so we could actually use the amenities really did make our stay relaxing and stress-free. The bed was comfortable and the views from the lanai really couldn’t be beat! The location is also great as it is right across the street from a market as well as next to food truck park (highly recommend) and many other gorgeous beaches within a 5-10 minute drive. My Perfect Stays provided impeccable service and we look forward to booking with them again!

This place was wonderful!! It looks newly renovated and has everything you need. It was super clean and comfortable and you just cannot beat that view. Also the parking garage has a bridge so it’s super convenient to get to your floor. Book this place, it’s worth it!

we absolutely loved this place. it had everything we needed for ten days on Maui! Beach chairs and cooler included. blender for making drinks, etc. this is an absolute gem. and don't forget the amazing view. you come around the corner and pow it kind of snacks you in the face. I could have sat in the recliner forever and just stared out at the water.

Great place to stay and would stay again! Very clean, spacious, pool/hot tub and grill area were a nice bonus. Also, walking distance to a GREAT snorkeling beach! Stay here with 4 adults and there was plenty of room.

What a view! Great stay in Kapalua. Very quiet and peaceful, although the golf course does do maintenance periodically throughout the day.
A quiet pool was located across the parking lot that had a couple grills and lounge seating with umbrellas.
Unit was a bit difficult to locate at night. Even once we found the parking spot. The welcome binder was missing the parking pass but that was quickly taken care of by the management team.
There was an emergency issue with the plumbing the night we arrived, but was handled relatively quickly.
The welcome binder was not as helpful as could be, no personal recommendations such as favorite close by beaches or eating spots, just generic maui recommendations. We also didn’t locate the beach chairs until mid-way through the trip.
Overall 4/5 stars, would certainly consider staying here again!

The unit came in ‘as advertised’. A great location with amazing oceanfront view. Parking was assigned and was free. The property was very well maintained. The unit can benefit from a few upgrades such as adding AC unit or more powerful fans, upgrading the bathrooms and adding modern/large TV unit. The kitchen was fantastic with plenty of utensils, plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. The wifi was high speed and worked great. We had a nice stay overall.

This was a perfect staycation for me and my family!We weren't able to leave the island for my kids summer break but this was the next best thing! Location of property is in walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Our room had a wonderful view of the garden area and pond with the ocean in the backround.At night that view looks magical with the pool being lit up with blue lights in the water.My kids enjoyed the putting green and shuffle board and we got to spend quality family time together going on beach walks and dinner together. Unit was stocked with everything one would need to prepare a meal as if you were at home . During mid day bedrooms got a little warm but you have the option to open the windows letting the crosswinds flow thru the unit, we used that time of day to go and explore the property grounds. The units managment team communicated with me every stap of the way before during and after insuring me that someone was always available if i needed anything even though we were still on our home island we were treated no different and got the full vacation experience thanks to the my perfect stays team and wonderful unit and location.

It was truly a wonderful stay and we will be back. You can’t beat the views, the beach right next door filled with tons of creatures to snorkel with, the pool/hot tub with an ocean view, a clean apartment with a comfy bed. This place has it all.

Everything was as easy as could possibly have been absolutely amazing. Location could not have asked for a better first visit to Maui any questions that I had or answered quickly if there was a way to give six stars, I would the check-in and checkout process was very easy everything we needed was available to make Our stay amazing
