Stayed with family for a week. Great location, convenient to morning coffee, stores and restaurants. The property was quiet and we often had the pools to ourselves. The beach was maybe a 2-3 minute walk. All the reviews were correct, we saw dozens of sea turtles everyday.

Exceeded our expectations! This was truly the perfect stay and we felt very comfortable here. This place also has great amenities, two pools, a hot tub, gas grills, and snorkeling/beach gear within the unit. This place is quiet, laid back, and right next to a great beach. The property is very well managed and we couldn't be happier we chose this place. We will be back!

What a wonderful find! The condo was very clean and organized. Everything was thought of to make our vacation wonderful We are so happy to have found this place! Quiet complex, easy access to the beach, beautiful pool. Not crowded at all (this was in June). A/C kept the place pleasantly cool. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet, relaxed vacation. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!

We were so impressed with this condo. The community was clean and quiet. The condo itself was so clean and the view from the balcony was perfect. We brought a couple of meals home to eat on the balcony bc the view was that great. We could see turtles from the balcony and clear view of the adjacent island. Just a short walk away was a small beach where we did most of our snorkeling, which some of the locals told us was a great spot. Having the ac to run at night was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, and having the washer and dryer in the condo was so convenient and we were able to return home with clean laundry! We’re already discussing returning next year.

The property was absolutely amazing. The condo was comfortable, clean and very cute. The facility is old, but kept in perfect condition. Quiet with nice clientele and staff we could not have had a better stay.

The condo was clean and basic—comfortable for our family, though not exceptional. The location is ideal, right across from Kamaole Beach Park III and walkable to Kihei town. Just note that traffic and street noise come with being right on the strip.
Inside, everything was very clean and had the essentials. Five beach chairs, a wagon, and two coolers were provided, but no boogie boards or beach toys, which we’ve had at other rentals. We try not to buy extras on vacation.
Supplies like trash bags, laundry pods, and dish soap lasted only a few days—we restocked for our 11-day stay. Shampoo and conditioner were trial-sized, one per bathroom.
The kitchen was tidy with a basic coffee maker and filters. The washer often needed coaxing to finish. The screen door stuck and was hard to open.
AC worked best with bedroom doors closed.
Pullout couch helped fit our family of six, though linens and towels were limited.
Overall, a good stay—a few updates and extras could make it more comfortable

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was spacious, having two bathrooms was great. Everything we needed was provided. The location was within walking distance to some shops and restaurants and central to most of the things we planned to do.

We had a great stay with My Perfect Stays! The communication was smooth, the property was clean and exactly as described, and check-in was easy. The view was absolutely amazing, and the bed in the bedroom was super comfy—made it hard to leave! Would definitely book with them again.

From booking to arrival, everything about our stay at Unit 901 was seamless. The directions were clear, communication was easy, and we felt confident and excited even before we arrived.
Walking into the space was such a pleasant surprise—it smelled fresh, was spotless, and had the most welcoming atmosphere. The decor is thoughtfully done, and we were greeted with a lovely welcome basket. The unit is stocked with everything you could possibly need, including beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella—just bring your swimsuit!
The view is truly the star of the show. The moment you step through the door, it takes your breath away—photos simply don’t do it justice. And the master bedroom shares that same stunning view. The mattress was incredibly comfortable; I found myself waking up early just to sip coffee from bed and watch the sunrise. An added bonus is that it is a corner unit, which gives it a little more privacy as you can leave your door open without anyone walking by.
From the balcony, the crystal-clear water below offered daily sightings of sea turtles and even stingrays—absolutely magical.
The location was ideal—close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and plenty of shopping.
I can’t recommend Unit 901 enough. The owners and property managers clearly care about every guest’s experience and go above and beyond to make you feel right at home. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Very nice place in a great complex. Friendly people (but not too many), nice local beach that was practically empty, great pool and fishing right outside of the unit. I can't say enough good things about this place.

This place was even better in person! The check-in process was seamless with easy access to the entry. The amenities throughout the property were perfect and made our stay incredibly comfortable. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the beautiful surroundings offered plenty to do nearby. We also really appreciated the welcome folder—it was full of helpful, resourceful information that enhanced our experience. Everything about this stay was amazing. Next time we're in Maui, we would love to stay here again!

This was our first trip to Maui and we couldn’t have been happier with this condo. It had more kitchen appliances than expected which made food preparation easy. Nearby restaurants, beaches, and shopping were also a plus!

Nous avons séjourné 6 nuitées, ma famille et moi. Le condo était suffisamment grand et confortable pour nous accueillir (7 personnes). Avant notre arrivée, les informations étaient claires. Lors de notre arrivée, chocolats, café et bouteille d’eau nous attendaient. Les lieux étaient propres et joliment décorés. Beaucoup de fournitures sont présentes dans le condo, ce qui a rendu notre séjour des plus agréables. Il y avait plusieurs serviettes à notre disposition, beaucoup d’ustensiles et appareils pour cuisiner, BBQ, un lave-vaisselle, laveuse-sécheuse, savons pour se laver mais également pour laver les vêtements, cheveux, etc. Les lits étaient confortables. Des chaises de plage, raquettes de tennis (parce que nous avons même accès aux terrains du condo), glacière, jeux pour la plage, ont facilité nos sorties. L’emplacement a Kihei était magnifique. Nous pouvons apprécier le coucher de soleil du balcon ou traverser la rue et se rendre à la plage pour le voir. C’est littéralement à une minute de marche. En résumé, tout était parfait. Mahalo!

This was our first trip to Maui and our stay was perfect! The My Perfect Stays team was great at communication. The location was fantastic, close to several beaches, trails, etc. and amazing ocean view. The place was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were so nice to have. Would definitely stay here again!

This unit is on the top floor and on the end so it has an extra lanai and was very peaceful. We loved everything about it and would stay again.
