Excellent unit right on the water. Small beach right around the corner from the property. The AC kept the bedroom cool which is great for hot summer days. Would stay here again.

WOW is all I have to say. This place was absolutely stunning. A true hidden gem! The views were even better than the pictures, the space was very spacious, and the bed was so comfortable. There was also a beach access within walking distance right next to us which wasn’t ever too crowded. I would book again in a heart beat.

This is a great Airbnb. The location was right on the beach with easy access and in close proximity to a lot of other great places. The staff were extremely friendly and the Airbnb host was always available to answer any questions. We would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful little condo in a fantastic resort. Ground floor unit, 2 min walk to pool and beach. Great little restaurant on site. Staff at the resort was amazing! They know their guests by name. We met many families who have been coming back to this resort for 20+ years!! One of the most relaxing vacations I’ve had for a while! Highly recommend it!!

Great location, food trucks nearby, amazing reefs right in front of the room, and you can walk all the way to black rock. Everything was perfect and as advertised.

This was an incredible place to stay. I have three boys (15,14, and 8). This place was amazing value for the money. It was big inside for Maui. We were just steps away from the beach and all the local restaurants were incredible! Having been to Maui a few times I will definitely be staying here again on a return trip.

Entry instructions were easy. Unit was as described. Pictures are accurate. Unit is in close proximity to elevator. Lovely view overlooking the lagoon pool. Bed was comfy. We love Kaanapali Shores for the amenities it provides. Will definitely stay here again.

Thank you for a great stay here, we enjoyed the cozy space, it was well supplied with towels, Tupperware, a cooler, beach chairs etc. which we used throughout our stay and visit to the beaches. The only slight issue we had was needing to take stairs while the elevator was out of service for 3/6 days we spent there, and we had 2 seniors. Otherwise, it was a great and comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is just as pictured and well maintained. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. It’s a corner condo which meant we had windows on every side with great views! We highly recommend this spot!

We had such a great stay in Lahaina! The condo was super cute and stylish, really comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The views from the lanai were gorgeous – especially the sunsets, we loved sitting out there.
The host team was amazing. When we realized the kettle wasn’t working, they brought us a new one right away which was so thoughtful and made us feel really taken care of.
The only small downside was that one of the showers only had cold water, but the other shower had perfect water temperature and great pressure, so it wasn’t a big deal. The hosts were really responsive and explained it would be fixed after our stay, which we appreciated.
Overall, between the great customer service, the cute styling of the condo, and the beautiful views, it was such a lovely experience. We’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Maui, great location right on the water, you can see turtles from the balcony. Just a short walk down to the left and you can walk on the sand for a bit and access the water. The condo had all the amenities, lots of towels, and even boogie boards and chairs ect. Perfect place for a family to stay. (I will add though that the stairs to the loft are quite steep and I’d be a bit nervous having small or toddler children climbing up and down by themselves. It was fine for our tween aged kiddos). We were impressed with the welcome basket and complimentary shower gels and lotions. Very kind!

Room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and comfortable bedding. The lanai offered a gorgeous view of the ocean and gardens. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained, with koi ponds, lush landscaping, and plenty of seating areas to relax. We appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere compared to busier resorts. Overall, Papakea is an excellent choice for families or couples looking for a condo-style stay with the comforts of home and a prime location near Lahaina and Kaanapali. Appliances on room was bit old and need refurbishment.

Had a great time here with my family. The location of the unit is very nice - it leads to a private shared garden which is steps to the beach. The beach is not crowded. Its easy to get from this location to the North or South part of the island - it sits neatly midway. The host was very responsive. I only request an extra linen which wasn't provided since they say that everything is already in the unit. There was beach equipment already in the storage which was very helpful - coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.
