We booked Noelani Unit 303 extremely last minute after Hurricane Lowell impacted Kauaʻi and we made the decision to remain on Maui rather than continue to Princeville. After several stressful days dealing with changing travel plans, My Perfect Stays came through for us exactly when we needed them. A very special shout-out to Smile at the My Perfect Stays office, who helped us find and secure a place to stay when our Kauaʻi plans fell apart. Her kindness and willingness to help meant more than she probably realizes. Smile, you helped save the end of our vacation! Noelani 303 was an absolute breath of fresh air. The unit was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained and exactly as represented. The kitchen was well equipped, the beach gear and amenities were incredibly convenient, the welcome touches were thoughtful, the location was fantastic and parking was easy. The views were breathtaking! We also absolutely loved the onsite team at Noelani. Laurie Lynn and the other wonderful woman working in the onsite office were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful every time we interacted with them. They genuinely added to our experience and made Noelani feel like such a warm and welcoming place to stay. Communication with My Perfect Stays was exceptional throughout. Considering how last-minute everything was, the entire process was organized, clear and seamless. After everything we’d dealt with earlier in our vacation, being able to walk into a beautiful, clean property, unpack and simply enjoy our remaining days on Maui was such a relief. My Perfect Stays helped turn what could have been a very disappointing end to our trip into some of our favourite days. A huge mahalo to Smile, Laurie Lynn, the wonderful Noelani onsite team, and everyone at My Perfect Stays. After this trip we’ve decided that My Perfect Stays is absolutely a company we would happily book with again. They earned our trust in a matter of days. Room was very comfortable. We were able to have meals there. The pool was excellent, having Dukes restaurant there was also a big plus.

Location was spot on. Condo 1015. Great views and nicely furnished AC was out all week. But ocean breeze made it bearable.

Customer service was very helpful in resetting our door code and we were extremely satisfied with our accommodations at our location. We all slept individually and comfortably. We utilized the beach gear and loved the welcome coffee and cookies. This is a perfect chill location as well. Definitely will be back 😊

I loved this place. Me and friends loved the resort it was cozy and clean and every time we needed something that we thought we needed to go buy like a cooler or a kitchen utensil we actually ended up finding it because they thought of everything. Everything was kept up. The best thing was definitely the views from our place! It was amazing, we could see the sunset from our little balcony. I would definitely book this place again.

Views and working ac, very clean The property management did not mention the office hours and the option to get the parking permit from the security office. Also the property management gave me the wrong unit number.

This condo was above and beyond of what we expected. Everything was clean and all amenities were included, and everything looked as described. It did not include a crib or pack n play for our toddler but that did not stop us from enjoying the condo and our vacation. My Perfect Stays also recommended a place we could have rented baby equipment. We loved that the pool was just outside our room, and the beach amenities were great! Location was wonderful. Little shopping center just around the corner from the condo or there is Safeway and a larger shopping area about 5 minute drive which was very convenient. We loved it so much that we would definitely come back here in the future.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einer sehr komfortablen Wohnung. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man sich wünscht, einschließlich Waschmaschine und Trockner. Im Wohnzimmer eine neue Couch, ausziehbar, auf der bequem noch 2 Personen schlafen können. Die Wohnung liegt zentral am Hafen und am Aquarium, weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Wir waren schon 2 Mal in dieser Wohnung auf Maui und kommen bestimmt auch noch ein 3. Mal hierher !

Our unit was excellent! Everything was clean and organized when we arrived, and the unit was very well stocked. It was comfortable with the portable AC unit, the noise was next to none and the location was excellent (~8 min walk to beach). We especially appreciated the welcome gift basket with handwritten note :).

This is our 5th stay at Noelani and our first in 410. We have never had a bad experience and this time was no exception. The views are phenomenal from this condo specifically with the large Lanai, it may be hard to go back to a regular condo after this one. We are praying this complex gets rezoned as a hotel zone so we can continue to rent here for many years to come. My Perfect Stays had excellent communication, and the extra touch of body wash, shampoo and conditioner is nice. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need and my husband bragged on the kitchen knife set specifically. During the day shut off the AC and open the doors and windows on days you have a breeze, which is most days. It truly is part of the Hawai’i experience. The AC is amazing to have for those non breezy days and for sleeping at night. Clearly I love this complex or I would not keep coming back to the same one. I honestly cannot imagine another one comparing to what Noelani offers.

We really enjoyed Mahana 806. The room was very clean and has a great view of Lanai and Molokai. We will definitely rebook if we’re able to make it back to Maui.

Great place to stay

Our stay was perfect! They had everything you needed and more in the Airbnb! The kitchen had all kinds of appliances, spices, silverware, cooking supplies, extra trash bag and drying towels! They also had extra towels upstairs and laundry detergents you needed to do laundry! Everything was so perfect and better than we hoped, the view was gorgeous as well! The hosts were very responsive and helpful, check in was super quick and easy!

We loved the amenities and the location. It had everything we needed. Also the beach chairs and the cool box were very useful. Only thing missing was a beach umbrella. Nothing.

We had a wonderful stay at Kahana Sunset! The property has a beautiful oceanfront view and one of the most breathtaking sunsets I’ve ever seen. 🌅 The apartment was comfortable, with cozy bedrooms, plenty of towels, beach towels, and useful beach amenities. The beds were comfortable enough for our family, and we really enjoyed the swimming pool as well. We had a great time relaxing by the ocean, spending time with family, and taking some beautiful sunset photos. The furniture and decor are a little outdated, but honestly, that didn’t take away from our experience because the location and views were so beautiful. The only downside for us was that Kahana is a bit farther from some of the places we wanted to revisit on Maui, so there was a little more driving, including from the airport. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Kahana Sunset. We would happily stay here again! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay in Maui. The property was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and looked exactly as pictured in the listing.
The beach gear provided was great — having beach chairs, snorkel gear, and other essentials made our beach days so convenient and enjoyable without having to rent equipment separately.
Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout our stay. We would recommend staying here!

This was our 3rd stay at 401 Milowai (with a 4th stay scheduled soon). As always, a terrific experience. Just about anything you'll need during your stay is provided. While many condos offer similar amenities, and the question of what you want or need is always a matter of personal preference, the one factor that sets this property apart from others is the incredible responsiveness of the My Perfect Stays team when an issue arises. Our fridge fried out during Hurricane Lala, and we had a perfectly suitable replacement fridge delivered that same day (As a side note, the original fridge magically came back to life about a week later). A special shout out to Coco (who works for the condo) - she's a very nice person and keeps the common areas immaculate. A shout out, also, to the permanent residents of the property, all of whom are very nice. We always felt at home. There are two recommendations I'd make to the owner. The split A/C system probably needs just a tad more refrigerant added. We were comfortable, but it was close. Then again, we were there during the hottest month of the year. Two futons are provided, but neither are as comfortable as a couch. This won't matter to those who spend little time at the condo, but we're an older couple who need some daily down time. All in all, you'll LOVE this place. The views are outstanding, the unit is clean and very well stocked, the location is very conveniently central, and the area is quiet.
