The perfect tropical home away from home! If you’re looking for the ultimate mix of relaxation and prime location, Papakea delivers! We absolutely loved the peaceful, laid-back vibe here. Why we loved it and the highlights: The Lanai Views: Sitting outside watching the ocean and the beautifully manicured gardens was pure bliss! Spacious Comforts: Ultra comfy bedding and plenty of space to stretch out. Stunning Grounds: Walking past the koi ponds and lush greenery felt like paradise. Location: Perfectly nestled right near Lahaina and Kaanapali! Just a note: The appliances in our room were a bit dated and due for an upgrade, but everything worked just fine! It’s an excellent, cozy choice for families or couples! 10/10 would recommend!

Wow! What a phenomenal stay! We had the absolute best time on our family girls' trip in this gorgeous, roomy condo. The hosts thought of everything!! From a fully loaded kitchen for our inner chefs to beach chairs and an umbrella for perfect sun days. What we thought were the highlights here: Location, Location, Location: Stunning views and just steps from the sand, local dining, and coffee shops. Amenities: The pool and hot tub were huge hits with the family! Top-Notch Service: Super easy check-in/out and an incredibly friendly staff. If you're thinking about staying herem just book it now! We will absolutely be back!

Our favorite location to stay on Maui! Amazing snorkel bay where you see soooo many turtles. And a short walk to Napili beach which is an amazing beach! The place was clean, great kitchen, bathroom, and pull out bed for the kids.

Unit P-407A at the Maui Banyan in Kihei was great for our daughter, her husband and son. My husband and I were next door in Unit P-407. By opening the adjoining door between the units it was like having one big apt. for the 10 days. P-407A has flexible sleep accommodations. We had it set up with 1 King for 2 and the sleeper chair for 1. Otherwise, it could have been set up as 2 twins for 1 each and the sleeper chair for 1. Nice option. Resort is lovely, convenient to the beach, dining, shopping, and good routes for sightseeing. All was comfy with linens, a/c. Property is very well maintained. Landscaping beautiful. We couldn't have been happier. And My Perfect Stays was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to all!

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay!! Our kids are 6, 4, and 1 and this condo was the perfect size and had all the amenities we needed. Love the breathtaking views for coffee on the lanai each morning, convenient walk to nearby eateries, and the pool and beach just steps away. Per their recommendation we rented a crib through Maui Baby Rentals and it worked out perfectly. The kitchen had all the basics and we were conveniently located walking distance to the supermarket to pick up additional items. Perhaps the best thing about My Perfect Stays was their timely responses to any and all requests and questions. Highly recommend staying here for an unforgettable vacation!!!

My Perfect Stays was a pleasure to work with and we're grateful for the wonderful memories. Our family of 5 had a GREAT 10-day stay at Maui Banyon, 2575 S Kihei Rd, Maui, HI 96753. Condos P-409 and P-409-A. We simply unlocked the door between the units resulting in a well appointed 2 BR, 2 Bath condo with wonderful kitchen, livingroom, good lighting, up-to-date TV viewing, comfy bedding and linens, DR table for meals and games, 2 balconies for enjoying the HI breezes, views and coffee in the mornings. The beach was only a short walk so we didn't miss a spectacular sunset! The 2 pools at the complex got good use, too!.The entire Maui Banyon property is very well maintained inside and out. The landscaping is gorgeous! Kudos to all who keep it so.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our 10-day stay in this lovey condo, P-409, at Maui Banyon in Kihei. The property and beautiful grounds & pools are very well maintained (immaculate). The condo was more than we expected and had everything we needed including a well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, up-to-date TV viewing, lovely furnishings and linens, good lighting, comfortable king bed, plenty of closet/drawer space, balcony furnishings, and the beach items/equipment provided. The location is excellent! Only a short walk to the beach for dramatic nightly sunsets, close casual dining, shops, etc. Everyone with My Perfect Stays was a pleasure to work with and so helpful. We appreciated the sweet welcome message and surprise. Our daughter, husband and son occupied P-409-A. We simply unlocked the door between the units so it was an absolutely ideal layout for a family! A beautiful unit, well decorated. The unit was clean, The bed was comfortable. The location is great! You cannot get a room this close to the water in Kaanapali beach.

This unit 101 was a great location in Building 1. It was right next to steps to get down to pool and beach. It is a walk from the parking lot but would rather be closer to pool and beach.
Great first floor unit. Looks out on to beach so you can sit on your patio area drink your coffee and/or watch the sun set.
even though it is a first floor unit it is elevated from the ground as in beach. So you do have to walk some a few steps to get up to the unit. This I liked because the made the patio out back more private .

Thank you for a terrific stay. We are so pleased with everything. Perfect spot near the Kīhei Aquatic Center, super markets and the beach. We will definitely come back again.

Great location! Walkable to a small beach and the property had a pool/hot tub for guests to use. The view from 212 was the best part. We will be back!

Can't say enough good things about our stay at this condo. The grounds were clean, the pool was chill and the beach was beautiful. the view from the lanai was fantastic and found ourselves leaving the doors open the majority of the time to enjoy the sounds and breeze coming off the ocean.
The rental had anything and everything you could find yourself needing for the trip and then some. The host was very proactive in communication and everything was honestly just perfect for our stay. would love to come back and spend more time at this condo.
Friendly tip for future stayers the 2nd floor parking garage (right side of the resort) has a small bridge that leads right to the room, which was very convenient for the bags and groceries and just coming and goings. Say hi to the rooster for us in our absence!

Such a great time at Royal Kahana 213. The condo was so well equipped with everything we needed. Very clean and nicely updated. We loved our dinner from the food truck by the pool- and how warm the pool was for an evening swim! We swam in the ocean just outside the condo and saw 2 honu right next to us! We had a great view of surfers from our lanai. I appreciated the thorough binder from My Perfect Stays with all of the info we needed. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Wonderful property. Not too hectic so the try Aloha shines. The unit is beautiful with Ocean views and ground floor access.

We had a fabulous time. 🌺 The place was plenty big for five adult women and having three bathrooms greatly helped. Couldn’t beat the view from
our balconies. On most days, we could watch the turtles swim or walk over to the beach and see them resting. It also felt like we had a semi private beach to ourselves that we shared with a handful of local surfers. We loved it. 🌺🐢🌴🌊🐟

This was exactly what I was looking for. Simple condo in a good location. I enjoyed the Lanai view of the garden. Everything was as expected and went smoothly.

Great unit. Has everything. Laundry is in another building 2.50 to wash. Bed was comfortable. Great Lanai. 210a is the best.

The unit G405 was great! Nicely renovated and well equipped with everything you need. View is amazing and close to pool, beach . Very clean! We had 6 and the sleeping layout worked well! Thx!

Everything was great. Lots of room. Bed was comfortable Liked the lanai. Not a complaint just a suggestion. Have the exterminator out .Have someone check out the TV. Hard to get local stations.

We stayed for two nights. The dryer wasnt working in the unit at the time of our stay and that was a big bummer since we wanted to do laundry during our stay. The view from the balcony was the best part of our stay.

Great stay, great location, easy access to lots of nice places around the area. The beach was just short walk away, although walking along the busy stretch of street wasn’t ideal with kids, it was a short walk. It was a high surf warning when we stayed so the waves on this beach were not safe for my children. The condo itself was updated, and had a lovely view. Enjoyed the large wrap around deck. The turtles were a giant plus. It was nice watching them right from the deck.

The condo was very clean and inviting. It is small, even being a two story, but perfect for two people. Location was perfect. Across from the beach and walking distance to great restaurants and food trucks. All the amenities made our stay very comfortable. Will definitely recommend it.
