Wonderful location, only a 4 minute walk to the beach. We really appreciated the easy check in & check out. It was very clean & tidy, we loved staying here!

That view though!!! The condo felt like home instantly. We didn't need single thing while we were there. Great location. Lots of good restaurants close by. Beach was nice and very close. Did I mention that view?! My God!!! Insanely beautiful. Many sea turtles were viewed even better from the top lenai. Amazing. Beautiful. Perfect. No notes.

An astonishing view from the condo. Host was great, good communication, clear instructions for chekin and checkout. Place was clean with essentials stocked up. Recommend the place and host for future stays.

Absolute gem of a location!
Pros: almost private beach literally 5 meters from the terrace, with turtles chilling on the shore.
You can snorkel right there and unit has gear.
Stunning views from the unit and the terrace.
Sunsets to die for.
Well kept amenities (pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, grills).
Close to many restaurants and stores.
Easy parking.
Cons: no AC, and the breeze just doesn’t do it sometimes.
Bedroom close to elevators and the road, and the windows are very unique, basically you hear everything.

We loved everything at Kaanapali Villas! Location, beach, sunset views, Castaway Cafe, we will recommend Kaanapali Villas to everyone! This was a dream vacation!
The only negative about Villa 116 is there was only one beach chair…so we had to rent a beach chair for $15 a day.

Beautiful space. Loved being able to walk right out onto the beach. Our favorite part of the space was the lanai

Maui Kaanapali Villas is a Top notch resort. The views are spectacular! Pristine beach and crystal clear ocean. We stayed in Villa 116. Our villa was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful pools and lush landscaping really made you feel like you are a world away from it all! We were saddened to have to leave after 8 magical days on Maui!

Very nice place, liked the TV's, kitchen (well-stocked), and AC. Bed was really firm (worked for me), sofa and seating was comfortable. Close to dinner options, coffee, snorkel rentals, convenience stores, etc. Great proactive communication and instructions. Good value, I would return in the future.

My Perfect Stays was awesome! They were very communicative and everything was exactly as they said. Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful view of the ocean and could see turtles swimming around daily! The only down side we had was the right side of the bed (closest to the door) was sunken in. I switched my husband after the second night because he was having trouble sleeping, I still slept okay and was still comfortable. But everything else was clean and perfect! Would still definitely stay here again! The view alone was AMAZING! My Perfect Stays did message us when spectrum was out of service to let us know, and also were there to help if we ever needed! They left a welcoming gift and recommendations on food and things to do around the area. Thank you for a great stay and we hope to visit soon again!

Recently stayed a few nights and left very happy. The area is absolutely beautiful and was very walkable for many things. Unit was nice as well, a couple of things needed fixing, but other than that everything was perfect!

Great stay! The condo was spacious and looked exactly like the photos. Lots of amenities like beach chairs and umbrellas to make the visits to all the beaches on the island easy and comfortable.

Such a beautiful location and a really nice place. Had everything we needed including beach gear! Woke up to sea turtles at the private beach and ended each day with a perfect sunset over the ocean. Loved our experience!

Such a beautiful place with a lovely view and sounds of the ocean. I loved being able to go downstairs and walk along the rocks by ocean and see sea turtles sunbathing on the sand. This place is also a quick drive away from all the places I wanted to visit in west Maui. Super easy self check-in - I arrived and checked in late at night with no issue. Would recommend.

We had an awesome family vacation staying in Paradise! This is our second stay at this condo and it was just as great as we remembered it! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

This condo was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed.The welcome basket upon arrival was a lovely surprise, thank you for that! 🤗 We especially appreciated the stylish decor, which featured lots of local art and has a up-to-date feel. One of our favorite things to do was visit the fish market and bring back fresh food to enjoy on the lanai while taking in the stunning views. Thanks for an amazing spot to stay & enjoy.

It's a very relaxing place with a wonderful view. There's not much to do in the immediate area, but its central location means you're only a 20 minute drive from many other areas.

We loved our stay in this unit at the Ka’anapali Shores resort. The unit was mostly all newly updated and we enjoyed the view. It was well stocked to cook some meals and had beach chairs we appreciated. The location was excellent and walkable to many great eating options and a grocery store. The resort is also beautifully maintained. We LOVED the pool!

Great location. Thai units is directly in front of the pool and beach. Staff is super nice. Fruit flies are a bit annoying, but hey… it’s Hawaii far ya.

Relaxing and quiet. Able to hear the sounds of the ocean. Comfortable unit.
Second time in this unit. Been a regular Nohonani convert since the 1980s.
One or two small concerns were related to management and were handled appropriately.

From the moment we entered the villa, we were speechless, awestruck, never wanted to leave. We’ve been to Hawaii 18x, Maui 3x in a year and a half. All places have their own charm, different places, different islands but staying in Kapalua we’ve never done, now I’m sad we took this long.
The unit is centrally located in the Bay Villa community, a very easy walk to the beach trail, Montage, Kapalua Bay, pools and the grounds are impeccable.
This unit is suited for comfort, the couches on the 1st level are comfy, the kitchen is perfect for any length of stay, we like to cook and the kitchen didn’t disappoint, good cookware, utensils etc. Normally we have to buy salt and pepper, not here, they even had tarragon for a chicken dish we made one night lol.
You’ll never want to leave the bed either, super comfortable and again, the views were spectacular, we’ll definitely be back soon.
If you find it open, book it!
